Hello, I'll just dive in to the subject! As the topic says, driving standards became extremely low. Like you can not drive without getting T boned, Rammed by another player for even smallest distance. And it's out of hands now. However to fix this issue I think there should be an server sided rule and rule breakers should be punished accordingly. Okay I get if someone gets in a accident, but you can not see car flying from random bumpers at Market Strip in any roleplay server no matter how light RP it is. My request is a proper rule for un realistic/ Non RP driving in the server. Thanks.

No one wants that change, and most of those things don't affect cops / citizens, so why the fuck are you even trynna change it? 🤓

    Don't wanna argue but...nice assumption that I'm a cop.

Also, try reading name of the topic once more.

Bad idea, a lot of this stuff will be disliked because criminals are of the dm mentality

How is it a bad idea if it's their mentality that is fucked up.

You don’t know enough about what we like, and what our gameplay is like to create a suggestion like this.

What you like isn't what matters. What you should like does, which is the real reason I wrote all that stuff. Giving you an example, you can't tell me there's one criminal who likes SWAT coming for his ass, does that mean it's a bad idea to have SWAT around? Utter bullshit.

And, it is clear to everyone what your gameplay is like, which is the reason behind my suggestions.

As I said somewhere up there,

    Raise your standards damn it.

And I doubt that's possible unless someone forces you to, if you know what I mean.

P.S- Honestly I tried my best to write something that would balance the gameplay between wanna be DMers and wanna be Roleplayers. I don't get why you still think it's a bad idea.

If only thing you can say is, "it will be disliked by criminals, no one likes it", your arguments automatically becomes invalid because you have no technical/actual reasonings to say so. Instead, try arguing with "why is it a bad idea" or "why no one likes it".

  6. Some ideas regarding Valrise 2.0 that randomly came into my mind.

    Gangs

    1. No limit to scripted gangs as long as each one is unique such as Groves, ballas, Zetas etc and not like Temple side Ballas, East Side Ballas, west side Ballas, GS9 Ballas n shit.

    2. All gangs must be located somewhere within Los Santos.

    3. Only gangs will compete to occupy specific parts of LS as their turfs.

    Cartels

    1. Limited to only two scripted cartels at a time.

    2. All cartels must be located somewhere within Las Venturas.

    3. Only cartels will compete to occupy specific parts of LV as their turfs.

    Mafias

    1. Limited to only two scripted Mafias at a time.

    2. All mafias must be located somewhere within San Fierro.

    3. Only mafias will compete to occupy specific parts of SF as their turfs.

    Skins

    1. As a criminal group member you must always wear a skin that represents your theme. No exceptions what so ever. Grow the fuck up and start actually looking like what you really are trying to roleplay as (if you are even trying to roleplay that is). Not some Charles_McTavish as a grandpa with IEDs in pockets blowing shit up at a Gas Station.

    City Turfs

(Gang turfs are not for try-hards and if you are one, ignore that suggestion)

    1. City Turfs that can only be occupied by specific group types such as gangs in LS, cartels in LV and mafias in SF.

    2. Allies are not allowed to help defend or attack city turfs. It is solely up to those specific group types to compete for it.

    3. Only two groups of same group type can compete for a specific city turf (one defending and the one attacking).

    4. Core idea: Small scale fights will take place that will determine the standing of a certain group in that region/zone/turf.

    5. Rules for gang turfs: No IEDs, RPGs, Snipers, M4s and Desert Eagle allowed. It is solely to make the gang roleplays and fights more fun. Believe it or not, it is more fun to have fights between gangs with colts and Tec9s. Fights would last longer than to just end within minutes when some try hards decide to run in using some grandpa skins with a deagle and a sniper up his ass.

    6. Rules for mafia/cartel turfs: No IEDs allowed, that's all.

    7. While capturing or defending a city turf, you must wear a skin that represents your theme. No more grandpas with snipers. Raise your standards damn it.

    8. 12 hour cool down on city turfs.

    Global turfs

(Global turfs are for try-hards, you are welcome).

    1. Turfs around the map that are technically outside LS, LV or SF city can be occupied by either gangs, cartels or mafias. More like global competition.

    2. Allies are allowed to help defend or attack a global turf.

    3. Examples: RC, TR, FC, Whetstone, BC, Ship etc.

    4. More then two sides will be allowed to compete for a global turf at a time. Whoever successful captures it, keeps it for the day.

    5. Core idea: Large scale fights will take place and people that crave for wars will be satisfied. Possibility of agreement between groups on who would occupy a specific global turf next etc.

    6. Rules: (A) No IEDs allowed to avoid groups from camping. That's it.

    7. Any skin allowed in global turfs. Basically a heaven for try-hards.

    8. 24 hour cool down on global turfs.

    Drugs

    1. Each criminal group type will be able to deal with specific drug. By deal I mean sell to dealer with bonus profit.

    2. Obviously gangs will be able to deal weed. Up to managers to decide with drug is suited for mafia and cartels.

    3. Core idea: Possibility of illegal dealings and business between groups.

    Alliances

    1. A group is allowed to ally with only one other group at a time.

    2. Allied group can not be of same group type. Meaning, gang can not ally with another gang but with either one mafia or one cartel. Same goes for mafias and cartels.

    3. Core idea: Criminal groups these days want no competition and just want to ally with as many groups as possible to get help just by spamming "BK". It'll increase the competition between groups so there's more effort required to be at the top. Possibility of business allies.

P.S- Nothing personal. Some suggestions are already present. What do y'all say about these ideas?

  7. 1. Harsher rules regarding roleplay.

    2. Staff members that actually use their brains when handling reports and access the situation and not just read rules like a sheep.

    3. All reports to be dealt on forums except simple and obvious ones so gameplay doesn't get ruined over invalid reports.

    4. Weapons harder and much more expensive to obtain except crap ones like 9mm etc.

    5. Forum applications required to obtain weapon license to be able to carry guns which should be renewed each month. So each month managers or senior admins can review their punishment history and see whether they are still just DM hungry or would use them wisely.

Who am I kidding. No would want these, honestly.
