1st suggestion - When you get out of a car and in the process of doing it you can still talk like you are inside of the vehicle, why not whenever a door is opened from the vehicle by a player, makes the conversations hearable outside, just like /v window but with the doors. For example, someone is standing outside the car waiting for the driver to get out, the driver gets out the car, in the process a passenger says something, the guy that is waiting could hear it.
2nd suggestion - Its kind of stupid when you can /seat a player but can't get him out of the car, a /dragout or /unseat, whatever, command would be useful, for example you are evacing an officer and then you leave him at LSPD to get taken care of and then go back to evac more officers.
