Backstory
The San Fierro Triads, also known as the Mountain Cloud Boys, are a prominent criminal organization. The origins of the San Fierro Triads can be traced back to the mid-20th century when Chinese immigrants started settling in San Fierro. Facing discrimination and limited opportunities, these immigrants formed close communities and relied on each other for support. Over time, these communities evolved into criminal organizations that became known as the San Fierro Triads. Led by their powerful and influential leader, Wu Zi Mu, also known as "Woozie," the Triads quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the city's criminal underworld. Woozie was known for his intelligence, strategic thinking, and his ability to maintain a balance between criminal activities and maintaining peace within the Triads. Under Woozie's leadership, the San Fierro Triads primarily focused on various illegal activities, including smuggling, drug trafficking, extortion, and gambling operations, Illegal street racings. The Triads had a strong presence in San Fierro's Chinatown district, where they controlled numerous businesses and had significant influence over the local community. They were known also for their strict code of conduct and loyalty to their organization, which helped them maintain their power and influence in the city of San Fierro. During a time of war Woozie took sick and was not in any position to handle things, His closest friends from China who he trusted with all his secrets were informed about it. They flew over in their numbers to take charge and lead the San Fierro Triads in his ailment along with the current members of the gang. They plan to continue the work of Woozie and to help him out whenever it is needed.
GoalsThe San Fierro Triads aim to maintain control over their turf in San Fierro, particularly in the Chinatown district. They work hard to defend their businesses, establishments, and influence from rival gangs ensuring that they have dominance and power in the city.
The San Fierro Triads have conflicts with other criminal organizations, such as the Da Nang Boys and the Russian Mafia. They are determined to eliminate these rival gangs, weaken their influence, forces, resources and establish their dominance in San Fierro's criminal hierarchy. The Triads value discipline, loyalty, and order within their organization. They strive to maintain peace and unity among their each members, avoiding internal conflicts that could weaken their overall strength. This goal highlights their focus on maintaining a strong brotherhood and ensuring the stability of their organization.Ranks

After focusing for a long time on the department and the S.W.A.T. division, he was finally assigned to the command staff of the team. Together with his partner, they managed to get the team back on its feet after a slight tumble. Former S.W.A.T. Commander, who was put as an acting Commander due to the actual Commander being absent. He got fired and blacklisted from the department. Which made the command staff question. Although that happened they took the matter into their hands and put the team back on stable feet, in the meantime, a familiar face made a return to the department and helped out the division. But on the 28th of august 2022, Ed C. Davis got promoted to Police Lieutenant and assigned as S.O.B. Commanding Officer. This means a lot since he was always dreaming of leading the bureau and it finally happened. Now his journey continues as a Lieutenant and a Commander himself.
