Reason: I'm roleplaying as a deejay character which that's why i need my own place to host my parties on. However if i get the chance of getting my place i would consider opening a DJs group type.
I have spoken with Dizzy Walker regarding this matter ingame and I showed him a place that i wanted to get but it didn't have a (door) which he told me you have to map it and send it over in a chance of getting acccepted, so i found another place which is on the picture.
However he didn't confrim that my request will get accepted.Image:

These roadblocks should be available to use only at few locations not anywhere on the map.
It's a barrier that is underground placed.
(OPINION)Basically cops don't have enough knowledge on how to follow a suspect on a pursuit. As a cop your duty is to use non lethal force but jumping with your car to the suspect car (ramming) it is unrealstic thing to do. Train the cops on how to do a pursuit proffsionaly from blocking roads that the suspect is headed to using cars first then roadblocks after.

Prevent volunteers from accessing Property information of someone [House GPS] and make it only possible if you are high rank.
- If someone needs to know house location of someone needs to contact a high rank officer, it increases the roleplay better.
Instead of going volunteer duty and do /mdc and check then go off duty.

- Only FBI is able to trace persons whose phone is off.
- FBI will only trace a person wanted for felonious crimes - that means murders, kidnapping, warrant subjects etc.
If you do not want phone tracing to be a thing then I can offer the following solution:
Removal of "escape time" in /crime - you will be wanted until you're caught or until you're killed.
Do you want that? do majority of criminals want that? I don't think so. Because I can imagine somebody wanted for murder being arrested 5 days later and having a cry fest "What The Fuck ! Admin !! I Kill Some Body 5 Day Ago And they Arrest Me NOw ??????"

I don't have a problem regarding the /Trace at all I just want it to be limited and used only in certain cases
A cop/fbi is standing near cityhall and starts doing /trace to players randomly and then finds one who is on a weedfield or a heroin shack..etc then he goes for raid to it. (It's easier this way)

They can make /trace work only with them with a supported script.
You do /trace anytime you want is too much and I find it not acceptable

For those who say "higher ranks should be able to RP as corrupted cop"
A police officer who trace you and finds out you are in a weedfield..etc and comes to arrest you. Does not seem he is a corrupted cop to me.You can't even get a proof that he did beacuse its a /cmd.

Perjury: Lying to protect other officers or oneself in a court of law or a department investigation.
Internal payoffs: Prerogatives and prerequisites of law enforcement organizations, such as shifts and holidays, being bought and sold.
The "frameup": The planting or adding to evidence, especially in drug cases.
Ticket fixing: Police officers cancelling traffic tickets as a favor to the friends and family of other police officers.

Make this command usinable only when the owner of the number is a active suspect to avoid cops abusing this
I believe there is some cops out there who uses this without the need of patrolling around.
