  1. Cocaine is a highly potent stimulant and very commonly used recreational drug. I suggest adding a fourth drug that's only obtainable to warehouse owners only. I'll explain this in two stages.

    Stage 1:

A big ship from Vice City docks somewhere in San Fierro with 5 kilograms of fresh cocaine once. Players will have to compete who can unload the most shipment(for example teams that defend and teams that unload) into trailers similar to Fabric/Metal. Each crate contains 100 grams of Cocaine and if its carrier is killed, it is destroyed. So 50 crates will be unloaded into a trailer by competing groups/families.

    Stage 2:

Players who successfully manage to unload cargo will have to deliver it to their warehouses while avoiding being raided by competing faction members. Once all crates have been unloaded the cocaine becomes available for withdrawal from the warehouse similar to gun parts. Players can later trade it in between themselves or sell it  to the dealer for a high premium(say around $150 to $200 per gram.)

In conclusion this addition will prove to be a fun activity for ultra-competitive groups that like to risk it big in exchange for bigger rewards and will surely attract many players, perhaps even cops who might attempt to destroy the cargo?

Edit: Cops will also get the chance to seize the cargo in specially spawned Securicar(at SFPD perhaps) which will later be need to be taken to LSPD and destroyed for a lower reward.

    RE-SUGGESTION:

Instead of just the Ship scenario, I and amongst some players and admins have thought of an idea that would be far more balanced and enjoyable.

    Introduction:

Every day from 16:00 to 22:00, a random scenario will be triggered, everyone in the server(including cops) get a warning that a cocaine shipment of around 5,000 kilograms has arrived in San Andreas from Vice City.  Players will have to race and compete against each other to steal the cargo and sell it for a very high markup(much higher than heroin, else no reason to participate). The cocaine will spawn in a container similar to this below and players will unload it into trailers/vans. Once loaded they will deliver it warehouses where it can be then withdrawn and shared among each other or sold to the dealer.

    Scenario 1:

It's exactly like the suggestion above, a ship spawns somewhere at the docks with two containers like pic related showing "Cocaine: 25/25" to total of 50 crates. Players will have to unload it to into vans/trailers and deliver to their warehouses. It would be randomized to spawn at a random dock in SF(there are four major docks in San Fierro).

    Scenario 2:

Crashed Plane scenario. A plane crash somewhere in Bone County/Tierra Robada(again randomized location, could be anywhere from Fort Carson to Bayside), a plane crash object with dead bodies is placed and two cargo containers like above are placed. Players unload and deliver to warehouse.

    Scenario 3:

Fallen Crate scenario, 1-2 cargo containers are spawned somewhere in Red County/Flint County, players have to find them and unload the crates into their vehicles and deliver.

    Police:

Cops would also be invited for this, they would have to load the cocaine in specially spawned Securicars(with maybe like 3000 HP?) and deliver it to LSPD to have it destroyed for like 50-75 per gram. In addition, rogue officers could steal some coke for their own and load it at a friend's warehouse, where they would earn MUCH more.

  2. Right now, rumpo/boxville/mule/benson/burrito/pony/yankee have same storage spaces for crates. I propose upping this space based on car size otherwise there's no point in buying more expensive vans/trucks than the 53k Rumpo.

    Pony/Burrito: 15 Fabric/Materials

    Rumpo: 20

    Boxville: 25

    Mule/Benson: 30

    Yankee: 40

    All Trailers(As is): 50

Note: right now you can't even use pony for crates

I don't support this idea. Its purpose is pure DM. Nobody would roleplay anything other than interacting with a script.

What I would vouch for though is a faction of hitmen. Someone from the staff could lead it and ensure that everything is roleplayed. The leader of the agency would prevent people with DM intentions to join. Add a strict RP training and not only. Of course there could be a variety of other strict requirements, this is my basic idea overall.

But if we let every random person take hits, I can tell right now it will be abused as hell and DM will occur rapidly.

    Not supported,

A group would a good choice, I support the idea Rizzi suggested.

We all know where this idea comes from. If you bother to check you'll find those factions riddled with nepotism and favoritism. There'll be no "roleplay trainings" or "strict RP", it'll be a matter of spamming binds and blowing up someone with C4 or knifing their throat.

  4. None of this complicated go to X secret place to put hits and someone goes to Y place to accept them. Just make a simple command like /sethit ID Amount Reason, then an announcement will be displayed for everyone in the server(except police and maybe those in the same groups as the victim and the victim) to /accepthit ID.  The victim will get a warning that someone is  coming for them, after that you kill that guy and you get your money, end of story.

Also make it so that you can't place a hit on someone that killed you in the last 15 minutes. Admins will get the message of who placed the hit and who accepted it so they can check if there's any RK.
