    •  lenient rules on DM etc. you could shoot without interactions as long as there was a valid reasoning (now you need to INTERACT according to many admins)
    • stop prohibiting every feature to groups (example: drug sales). Any normal criminal should be able to enjoy criminal script without a group. but make it so they gain HIGHER benefits for being in a group. 
    •  Focus more on legal jobs, give em better scripts. such as NPC rescue missions for FD. more frequent missions for taxi so its not boring(plus fix the customer icon not showing sometimes).
    • Taxi is the closest job a newbie can get from the spawn point, and that is one of the jobs which is paid LEAST attention to script wise.
    •  Improvise newbie tips. make them like event bars, below screen with more tips on what to do in the server.
