In actual, while conducting a raid SWAT team is trained to avoid shooting any unnecessary bullets. Roughly 90 percent of all SWAT call-outs end without the SWAT team firing a single shot. Of course, raids can go bad. If the suspect forces a confrontation, he may be killed by the SWAT officers. Officers themselves can be shot by angry suspects or errant police bullets. That's exactly what SWAT teams train to avoid. But rushing in the spot and causing mass extermination of every living being within the area and even those who want to surrender is not good and should be avoided. Therefore SWAT point man should be trained to decide if the person approaching is armed and willing to assault or no before neutralizing everyone.

The negative point of the new system is that the robbers do not roleplay with you to put your hands in air, tie you and take you to their place and then start robbing. Avoiding all these interractions they DM you at the spot and take your stuff while you're knocked. So support for this.

What are your motives for becoming a moderator?
Well I've been a part of this community for around 3 years and I think that now I'm mature enough to apply for becoming a moderator. I'll help new players so that they continue to play in this server by keeping the environment free of cheaters. I'm not power-hungry and just want to serve the community. Moreover I have good knowledge about hacks and bugs.

Well I'd favor him if he needs some sort of help or he wants the betterment of community. But If he needs personal favors then I won't give attention.

I would spectate him to make sure that he's breaking the rules then after a couple of warnings I'd punish him according to the rules.
