2- Write a list of vehicles you stole (or stolen by your friend then later given to you), who did you sell them to, and for how muchIf your reply is seen satisfactory, you'll be given another chance. Otherwise, if you give a half-assed reply, or an incomplete list of stolen vehicles, you'll remain banned

To ensure the launcher is running smoothly, and before reporting any issues, make sure to do the following:
Step 1. Make sure you have all Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime installed (Install HERE)
Step 2. Create a new folder
Step 3. Add that folder as an exclusion to windows defender
Step 4. Download the launcher into that folder

Windows defender keeps detecting the launcher as a virus/keeps deleting it
Return to the first point discussed. You need to properly add it to windows defender.

Windows 7 issues
Launcher isn't supported on windows 7. There's nothing to do to fix it. Create a ticket on discord to get your VAC restriction removed if you play on Windows 7

Play button not working
This issues happens when your last session closed in an unexpected way. That is, crashing, etc. On technical terms, you're still logged in according to the panel, that's why it won't let you in again. The solution to this issue, is simply waiting. After a few minutes, your session will time out and will be automatically closed. To confirm that this is indeed the issue, you can check your session logs files. The logs are stored in a logs folder, in the same folder as launcher. If you've waited and it's not working, close the launcher, open task manager, make sure there are no instances of the launcher or gta already running. If there are, close them, then try again. If still not working, restart your PC.

I have low FPS while using Launcher
At the current moment, we won't remove any VAC restriction due to low FPS issues. This remains to be discussed in the future among management to see if it is to be changed. As for now, your best bet is making sure nothing else is heavily using your CPU and that you're using a none-heavily modded GTA. It's always advised to test with a clean GTA

I get kicked from the game at random times when logged in with launcher
This happens due to unstable internet connection. We'll put measures to minimize this issue in the future, but it'll always remain if your internet is heavily unstable.

IP doesn't match session IP
It happens due to an internet issue from your side, mostly due to the ISP itself. Your best bet as of now is restarting your router, and trying to login without VPN if you already use one. If you don't use one, try to login with a VPN.

Launcher won't open when I run it
This happens due to slow/very unstable internet connection. Make sure nothing is eating up at your internet and try again. Also make sure the launcher isn't already running in the background. You can do this by going to your task manager and searching for it. If it's there, end the task. This is also a common issue on windows 11. If its still not working for you and you're on windows 11, create a discord ticket to remove the restriction.

The server management will be giving you an extra chance and trusting you to stay true to your promises, and that you won't repeat such mistakes in the future. I hope you don't betray that trust.
Seeing as this is your second ban, and as per ban consequences, you're subject to 4 weeks of review time from the date of the ban. Seeing as that period has passed already, you'll be immediately unbanned.
You're also subject to %40 wealth removal. This penalty has been already applied.

Does Valrise Launcher scan any files outside the GTA SA directory?
The Valrise Launcher will analyze running processes, but will solely focus on scanning files within the GTA SA directory and will not extend its scanning capabilities to any external directories or files outside of the game's designated folder.

NO. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the Valrise Launcher does not capture screenshots of anything outside of your game window, and that any kind of screenshots that we receive are exclusively limited to your in-game activities.

Does the Valrise Launcher block any mods?
The Valrise Launcher is compatible only with SAMP R5. That said, any mods that are not compatible with R5 are naturally not possible to use with the Launcher.

Consenting to the anti-cheat will enable certain anti-cheat measures. However, unless you are forced on VAC, these measures may not be as exhaustive. Even if you are forced on VAC, the anti-cheat will not attempt to gather any personal data

If you do not consent to the anti-cheat, no anti-cheat measures will be enabled during your game session, and no data at all will be collected or sent to us, and the Valrise Launcher will solely act as a launcher.

Who can access the data collected by the Valrise Launcher?
As of the date of this topic, access to the data collected by the Valrise Launcher is restricted to Managers+ and authorized members of the administration, who are granted permission by the Managers+. It is worth noting that no matter the circumstances, access to the screenshots collected by the Valrise Launcher will remain restricted to Managers+ at all times.

Am I forced to use the Valrise Launcher?
The usage of the Valrise Launcher is entirely optional, unless it has been specifically mandated by management. Such requirements may be applicable if you have a history of hacking or previous bans. However, we highly encourage you to utilize the Valrise Launcher, as it serves as a valuable tool in clearing your name and proving your innocence in case you're suspected of using cheats.

I've seen leaked photos which shown that the Launcher took screenshots of the desktop. How do you explain that?
Those photos were taken during the development and testing stage of the launcher one year prior to the release, precisely in February of 2022. That said, its only natural that we ran into such issues during the development and took our time to fix it. This also explains why the launcher wasn't meant to be publicly released at that time. Not to worry, this issue has been fixed. After testing for more than 200 sessions, there wasn't a single instance where the launcher took a screenshot outside anyone's game.

Going around through insults, trolling, and DMing when you're "frustrated" will always make things worse for you, and is a waste of everyone's time. I hope you've learned not to repeat that behavior again.

You were banned for your toxic behaviour/abusive behaviour, and DMing while the admin situation was ongoing. Apparently you still are keeping up this behaviour here. Until you can write a civilised appeal without using insults and actually explaining why we should unban you and whether or not you'll repeat the same behaviour, you'll remain banned.

I have to agree on that. It became extremely obnoxious how everyone became driving like a bunch of clowns and you have to PNS every 2 minutes. A server-side rule to control how people drive would be nice.
