Exiting buildings, should the people have to go back to the exit to exit the building? But then if someone gets bugged inside an interior, they would have to get an admin to teleport them out or something. But if you could exit anywhere in the building, you could get some cheap people exiting when SWAT breaches, etc.

If income tax is added then I stick to my point above. If no income tax is added then I'm fine with illegal money being used.I can agree with that.
About renting houses, would this be renting from other players? If so that should be a thing, that could make the owner some good income while giving someone a home.
About the outside of the property, should that be part of their owned property as well? If so, we would need to see about property lines, etc.

To own a house you must have a stable legal income, otherwise, you would fail a background check and would have to rent a house/hotel room.I would have to disagree about this, if someone has the money then why should we say no even if it's not recorded? It could be illegal money or it could be undocumented odd job income (RP kind of income, etc.). If it is illegal money then other legal actions could occur if evidence comes around.

If blips are active, should everyone including police be white?Cops should be blue and EMS/FD should be crimson. Mainly because they wear uniforms so you would RPly know what they are. If you have something like a detective perhaps a white name would work. But for government employees using uniforms, their nametags should reflect their profession.My main issue with it is, if they are a block away behind a building, should you be able to tell if it's a cop?

I can agree with this also I would like to add something about weapons. Possibly for anything large like a M4, shouldn't it be able to be seen like on your back and such and maybe limit how many guns you can carry on you? If you want to carry a M4 without it being seen, it could be stored in your vehicle or something.
