      I'm appealing this for my cousin and more like myself since I (Luke Martin) couldn't log in. I've asked some hours ago before my cousin got banned if I can let my cousin play on the same IP (but different PC) and the answer was 'yes', He registered and I've logged in and guided him. We both in fact were lagging so badly that we disconnected and reconnected a few times. I guided my cousin to get a driving license. Like I stated earlier, we both were lagging pretty badly, I disconnected and my cousin was still playing & AFAIK he was doing the driving test for license and he got banned for reason "Hacking". 

       

      I then created a support ticket in the discord server to just ask politely if my cousin was mistakenly banned since he was lagging badly. One of my clanmates said that someone in public chat spammed that Ron Martin was hacking and he got banned (Not sure if he got instantly banned after someone said that). It although would be pretty much shame to the administration team if my cousin was banned just because someone spammed that he was hacking in public chat. Just to keep note again that he was lagging way too bad tbh and I guess staffs could check that. I did, in fact, said that too on the support ticket and Eduardo did said that he had informed the guy who had banned me but I never got a reply from the guy (Anonymous) who banned my cousin maybe till 4-5 days. I just revisited again after like 4-5 days and found that the ticket was already closed but I never knew if someone even replied to that. 

       

      I'm more than happy to get this investigated through better hands. 

     

    Disable turf zones for cops

    Removing the turf representation in a map (the colors) isn't going to stop it. Anyone can see a big mass of blips on their radar and obviously, any LEO will give a peek look at it. The 911 call is fair, it is obvious that people call 911 when they are being threatened or being attacked.

    The only thing that would make these kinds of things not happen is by removing blips. 
    And, I guess corrupted cops or any idiotic cops are supposed to be reported ICly with proper evidence.

    1. Converting a light roleplay server into a heavy one instantly will definitely decrease the playerbase. Not everyone is better on roleplaying each and every situation. As craze said, there are other better heavy roleplay servers, so why mudoo? The current heavy roleplay server already have a good playerbase and players there are dedicated and they also know what actually they're doing. SAMP servers are dying (exceptions for those Russian servers). Changing mudoo into heavy roleplay server will definitely make a drastic decrements to the playerbase since most of the players here isn't good with roleplaying. Because of the reason that SAMP is dying, playerbase also matters. The current condition of Mudoo seems to be fair where the exceptions can be made only for SWATs and the criminals. Both of the rivals keep hunting them, insulting and saying shits on public chat if one of them looses a fight or any valuable items. If SWATs are properly maintained i.e iif they do  better roleplay which includes a strategic plan, strategic shooting  rather than having no fear with guns, terrorists or mafia then, if criminals doesn't do the same in return, harsh punishments should be given to those. 

     

    2. There are some LEOs above claiming criminals just do /s stop or we shoot. The same thing is done by police officers obviously. Criminals are supposed to be more harsh (but ofc with a proper roleplay) with the condition they're facing. Criminals must perform criminal antics whereas the LEOs are supposed to stop the criminals with a patience and in legal way where as the criminals can even do it in illegal ways like shooting the tires of the enemy vehicle, shooting people who are inside a car or so. "/s stop or die " isn't the actual problem, its what criminals should do. The thing that actually lacks is the proper roleplay and players who're actually in target who don't feel like dying or bowing down. I see how a retarded cunt above mentioned the only group, Gambino who does /s stop or we shoot. PD and mafia/terrorist are rivals in game but a retarded fucker just  started hating them while OOC. 

     

    3. Removal of blips can be an another effective way of increasing roleplay opportunities. Reasons are listed above by other players too.

     

    4. Economy in mudoo isn't yet cared about. Players here earn millions in a day (IRL time). Millionaires should be rarely found but almost 70% players of mudoo are millionaires. Nerfing various money making method could be another effective way to control economy in mudoo.

    Its your work to brainstorm and think what actually could make this type of system better rather than sticking with the same thing. 
    Why do you expect a samp server to have better playerbase in upcoming days and even in a 19y/o game? There are still lot of people interested on rp servers yet they give up on the servers like mudoo because of the op things which somehow never happens IRL but does in mudoo. 
    If you're upto sticking and naming the server as Light RP server for the whole fucking time, then there's nothing normal players can change about. 
    You're literally declining suggestions saying that playerbase is low and isn't suitable for a bit of high standard rp.  If you're going to stick with this kind of things then for sure you're not getting a better playerbase. 
    If you're willing to take a forward step, players may get interested on the server, players who already left mudoo may get back to mudoo. And its upto you to think about changing this kind of systems.

    Rather than taking a forward step for the betterment, you really want it to remain the same thing for long period of time?

    Within the coming year samp may die, players may lose interest on the server and of course samp would only be containing Russians at the end. 

    You should better think how this type of things could be managed, could be non biased rather than sticking with the same old UNREALISTIC SHIT.  If you don't take a forward step, it's never going to change. 

    A bit off topic:

    I still believe that trucking is profitable if done with a tricky way. Yes, people can make money from it. Mudoo itself is already op on most of the things since its a light rp. Governor shouldn't be money whore, he is supposed to work for the development of the state. He shouldn't expect millions generating from no work at all.

    So no, let's not exclude anyone directly. That makes no sense in a server like ours where dedicated and suitable candidates are already scarce.

    What if there are some players who is willing to focus on political things only? 

    And yes, of course if they're found doing criminal activities, they should be dismissed. You gotta find someone who dedicates to this kind of thing rather than having unrealistic things i.e specially members of law enforcement or any EMS members as a governor. This not only makes governor a part time job but at once, it makes both the governor job and  police job, a part time job which is totally unrealistic. 

    Rather than having unrealistic thing, I personally prefer to remove political things for now and hand it to someone later on who is atleast dedicated and knows what he is doing.

    Not sure where this topic should belong, if I am at wrong board please move it to the correct one. 

    So direct to the point, I've never seen any police officers, swat being a governor irl. Governor isn't a part time job. You create your own party or be an independent candidate and you're supposed to work as a political leader (or doing some criminal activities without letting others know about it) but not as a police officer.

    So the suggestion is to not let police officers, swat or any official ems members (who actually doesn't exists) stand for governor candidate. Since its totally unrealistic for me atleast.

    Everyone deserves a chance. As I stated above, each posts of forum for the first should be strictly moderated. Same thing should be in game where there should be a separate script for warning players. If someone tries to defame other player's character or provocate others, they should either apolgize the other guy else will be issued warning and several warning should then only lead to permanent ban.

    Making forum topics is one of the good idea but maybe you yourself should have noticed that there are already so many shit posters around the forum. 

    They simply spread toxicity on personal views of others. Let's just take example of some group topics. You'll literally find so many shit posts provocating others, disrespecting, and spreading toxicity just simple because they are enemies ig or hates them and their enimity remains forever no matter which other server they're playing on, you'd still see a feeling of hatred between them. 

    You'd better think on how to get rid of people who don't let other people present their view. 

    Starting with the basics on forum, there should be warnings issued to those who shits posts, disrespects others, dominates other or either flames someone or defames others character. This system should be strictly moderated and followed and resulting to have some specific percentage of warnings, they should be forum banned for specific period of time. 

    You'd then see a little bit of less toxicness even if same thing is applied in game too.
