So basically:
- You shouldn't be able to hold a weapon in your car if your window is up.
- If you enter the car with your weapon, it should switch to fist by default
- if you turn the window down, access to /sw unlocks
- if you turn the window up at any time, auto switch to fist
- it all can be a bit annoying for everyone, so make all the above Happen to only window upgraded cars
Basically everything to do with window state and not drive-by state. Pretty sure window state is detectable since that's how /window works

It is realistic, as you can search it up on internet, on the other hand it can be used not only criminals but for VIP too such as governor’s car.

VOLUNTEER ABUSING HIS POWER!
Earlier today, there was situation between a civilian and police volunteer at Los Santos City Hall, where volunteer decided to use his police issued equipment such as taser, to abuse the civilian's rights by making threat to their life! Poor civilian locked himself in his car and by the luck there was police field staff passing by and male who locked himself in the car managed to draw attention of that PO and seek for help, situation been dealt by police supervisory staff! We hope to see less events like this and we would appreciate if police department look over volunteer units more strictly!

CASINO OF NEW ISLAND!
We all been informed about new island at San Andreas, which took place next to Santa Maria beach! And island itself got the potential of becoming tourist magnet of San Andreas! However we were lucky to catch up to San Andreas governor, and he was there spending time along citizens, and by looks of it, governor got more plans for the island! We managed to take few pictures of governor at the casino of the island.

LMSA BEEN TAKEN DOWN BY SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS ALONG FBI!
Earlier today, in a joint operation made by SWAT and FBI/HRT, Los Santos, Flint County tolls been shutdown! All of law enforcement units been gathered at stated area to fully shutdown the area. Moments passed and LMSA members approached the area and executed L.Carter, how ever San Andreas armed forces present on scene responded LMSA back by exchanging heavy fire! By reports of it, they successfully shutdown LMSA and managed to regain control of beautiful vegetative sides of Flint! Without further to do, We'll show you pictures from location of this incident!
