Hello, I'd like to start off with going in-depth of the ban reason itself because I feel like it's a little misleading. I never killed anyone nor had the intention of it, I decided to log into the server after a long while to check up on things, I had nothing when I logged back in, just roamed around and saw police chasing a suspect, I had jumped on the vehicle and shot at his vehicle, not at him and not more than once, then jumped off. Keep in mind this isn't me defending my actions, just clearing up things. When confronted by Kacper I admitted I was bored and had nothing to do, I was permanently banned after it. I admit my fault and I agree, it was stupid and I wish I've had never done it. I would also like to apologize to the suspect and to the police who were chasing him for causing them any displeasure, I know I wouldn't want to be in the same position that I caused them to be in. I've improved and grown when I first joined the server in 2019 versus where I'm now. I've made many fun memories in the server and come across many friendly people, I'd never take back anything and I genuinely enjoyed my time in this server and want to keep on playing it

I would describe myself as friendly, helpful and a energetic individual.

What are your motives for becoming a moderator?
Due to the lack of administration in the GW server, I would like to help out and take actions against rule breakers. There are way too many hackers in the GW server and no admin active daily. I'm active almost everyday, I have a good understanding of the rules and I have basic knowledge of the server's features.

How will you deal with a friend that is asking for favors?
It depends which kind of favors, if the favor is helping him with features or zones, items, I will be happy to help. If it's a obvious rule break such as "can you give me a lot of money" or "give me minigun"..etc of course I'm not going to do that.

How will you deal with a new player that keeps on rule-breaking, after several warnings?
I would kick him from the server, If he continues his behavior after being told not to do so he will receive a temporary ban.

Grove Street Families becoming a high risk threat Tuesday evening San Andreas Police Department responded to a dispatch call located in Ganton. After some minutes passed, Grove Street Families were very frustrated of SAPD being in their territory and decided to take psychical action against couple of officers that were on scene. The San Andreas Police Department tried using non-lethal force against the suspects but it didn't seem to work as the suspects were continuing their behavior. The Grove Street members beat down 2 officers who got severely injured on the scene, one of the officers was unconscious and very badly injured during the brawl. Shortly after pressing the panic button, backup arrived to assist on scene. The suspects were finally taken down using lethal force. Warning: following images may be disturbing to some readers. Deadly gang war at Idlewood Today at 07/28/2020 a group of armed individuals called "Grove Street Families" who are usually situated in Ganton decided to move into their enemies territory, Gas Station 9. Their enemies are known as the dangerous criminal organization called "National Balla Association". Grove Street Families provoked NBA which broke out a fight between the two, Grove Street Families claimed that Gas Station 9 is their territory from now on. A NBA member then threatened the Families by asking them if they want to die. It was not clear who started the shootout but from the camera footage it looks like both are to blame. SWAT was deployed shortly after and the situation was deescalated with the help of the San Andreas Police Department.

Suggestion 1:
Handheld speed radar gun
Command /radargun will give you a camera, you will need to aim it at a vehicle, then you will get information such as the vehicle's name, plate, color and how fast is he driving currently.
You will need to be near your police cruiser in order to activate /radargun.
Suggestion 2:
Breathalyzer and different alcoholic drinks.
/breathalyze (id) will determine the person's blood alcohol content example: John_Doe(1)'s Blood Alcohol Content is 0.08%
The person has to agree to being breathalyzed by typing /acceptbreathalyze. If you drink 1 beer it will take you approximately 1 hour to get sober (in-game time).
One beer will hardly show any blood alcohol content at all, 0.025 to 0.02 which is legal but still not recommended to drive.
The blood alcohol content considered intoxicated is 0.08 and up. Keep in mind that police can still ask you to perform tests if your BAC is lower 0.08%. Refusing to complete a breathalyzer test is a felony and considered failure to comply which can get you arrested and fined for DUI and your vehicle impounded.
If this script gets added it will also need different alcoholic drinks because as of right now the only alcoholic drink is Beer.
There is a 15% chance that the breathalyzer doesn't detect the illegal amount of BAC in the person's body.New alcoholic drinks:

Liquor
Vodka
Wine1 beer = 0.02 to 0.04 BAC
2-4 beers = 0.08 to 0.14 BAC
4+ beers = 0.26 to 0.30 BAC1 glass of wine = 0.03 to 0.04 BAC
2-4 glasses of wine = 0.09 to 0.16 BAC
4+ glasses of wine = 0.26 to 0.32 BAC1 shot of liquor = 0.04 to 0.06 BAC
2-4 shots of liquor = 0.08 to 0.18 BAC
4+ shots of liquor = 0.26 to 0.32 BAC
Vodka and Whiskey values are the same as Liquor's.Suggestion 3:
Field Test Kit/Drug Test Kit.
/drugtest (id) will test a person for drugs. The person will test positive for drugs if he has some of the drugs in his inventory. Example: person1: /drugtest 2 person2: /acceptdrugtest person2 has Meth in his inventory. He will be tested positive for methamphetamine.
Once again the person first has to agree with a command /acceptdrugtest If he declines he can be arrested for failure to comply and can get his vehicle impounded and fined for DUI.
There is a 25% chance that the drug test fails and doesn't detect the drugs. -
