      I somehow can't find old ban appeal thread which was an invalid ban and was removed instantly but I still have a video from it where I was bugged.

      he second ban was aimbot which was issued by Matrix and the indian guy helped him. Here's the conversation I had with banning admin.

      "Fuck that stupid piece of shit" that are the views of your admins about you. This ban was removed too without any punishment. After that I got banned for cacmods.asi when I was teamviewed by dizzy. Later an announcement was made that cacmods are illegal and I never used them after that. I got away with that ban too without any stats cut.

      I don't really care about an unban just want to get your facts straight. 2 of the bans I had were for hacking which were bullshit and were removed instantly without any punishment. Being a good liar must be requirement to join this staff team. Can you even show everyone reason of those 11 warnings? Most of them are not about roleplay rules, they were either about misusing /ask or other reasons. 11 warnings in my 3 years of Valrise career, that looks like a very big deal? 2 invalid ban, one ban because I had cacmods.asi in my GTA folder. You guys are so fond of bullshit bans on me.

       

      " It is not allowed to aid/join/backup other suspects/criminals by direct shooting at the law enforcement when not a part of that situation. You first have to become involved and a part of the situation through other means. Examples could be driving an escape car, threatening the cops, distractions, etc."

       

      I was directly involved in the situation, I killed multiple enemies. It was a group shootout. Cut your bullshit and admit that the ban came from grudges you hold against me. Even if I shot at cops and I was wrong how am I "constantly" breaking rules while have only 11 warnings in my 3 years of career in Valrise?

      I have zero punishments. I never had a ban for breaking roleplay rules. I was warned no more than 3-4 times for breaking "roleplay" rules in my Valrise career. Right now I have zero punishments and I don't know how I could "constantly" be breaking rules. Our allies had a shootout with enemies. They asked for backup and we responded. We killed our enemies and then cops jumped in. We were trying to escape to Bone County and cops locked the toll. Kacper and his DM team came with their DM/RAM machines and started spamming M4s on us. I jumped into the river and swimmed to the nearest shore. I went to 4D ammunation after that to refill my armour, Kacper and his DM team found us again with their DM/RAM machines and started spamming M4s again. We ran inside ammunation, they rushed in we killed some of them, rest of them ran outside. We went outside too after a few minutes, and that's where I got killed. I don't know where was the rulebreak in this whole situation and how I am constantly breaking rules without being warned once. 

      Kacper clearly doesn't like losing. He's probably mad because he had to refill his armour 100 times in order to kill a few of us. He should stick to single player missions and be a cop there. He should play vigilante missions in single player that's the only way he can win shootouts.

      He was playing for long time. He was  in PD as police officer. When he started playing, I made a support ticket ingame that he is my brother and our IPs will match. An admin told us that it is fine if we dont share account. But he is banned 2 weeks ago can you recheck the ban?

      Dizzy wanted to run a teamviewer check on me. I instantly said yes and let him see my PC. All he found was cacmods.asi that I forgot to remove after dm session on other server. It is the 3rd time I am being banned for hacking without proper proofs last 2 bans were expunged for being invalid. Cacmods gives no advantage over anyone, it was just used to change weather and to turn on damage informer. I was killing yakuzas and they cried to on discord, instantly pedro and dizzy jumped ingame one banned hurk for ban evading who is my brother, other banned me for cacmods. I am shooting well since I started playing. I was playing with cac for 2 years. Cacmods is new and it doesn't help with aim. I straightforward went with teamviewer too without saying a word. If it was illegal, he should have give me a chance to remove it. This server adminstration is more like "Andhon mein kana raja".

    You are just throwing bullshit on me now. Even if someone does 3 shots in a row it's not a big deal. You can even 5/5 at the deagle max range if you handle your recoil well. You lack experience and shooting skills so you turned an aimbot ban to no recoil now. It's about keeping me banned because of your personal hate on BCR.

     

    Anyone reading this appeal himself can try no spread and try to not miss shots like me. No spread won't make you not miss shots. If no spread was that good, no one would use aimbots and other cheats. It's all about keeping your crosshair on opponents' body which I do really well in my videos. It's funny how management has it's eyes closed on this appeal where admins can just ban anyone and then turn the appeal into a hack that you can blame on anyone, just for keeping BCR down.

    Okay, detectives, SA:MP is all about movements and crosshair handling. All of his shots are always on the skin recoil or not they are going to hit anyway. You can't say if the bullets are spreading or not. They can even spread on the skin anywhere, you don't know that.

     

    No spread is a sorry excuse used by most of SA:MP players when they lose an argument. "I personally know no spread very well", I would like to take you to MW3 there are a couple of hackers please bust them for me. It's not about no spread actually, it's about BCR. Witch-hunting all of BCR leaders is  new fun for Mudoo administration. We will make Daim next leader, I hope he is coming here soon too. Love Eren for me.

    I thought the ban was for aimbot initially, it's now moving to nospread. What's next triggerbot? Yeah, I know you have kinda experienced detectives in Mudoo Staff Team, they have experience of using aimbots themselves.

    Anyway you can't predict the spread of weapons in SA:MP. I did two shots on you so hitting two shots in a row ain't hard at that distance. That was not even maximum range of deagle, it was barely half. In the other video you can clearly see me missing shots on running Ted Woods. Then coming to Mark I was trying to hit him tho Frydor guy took the shot due to spread of course.

    So quote the nospread timing in the video for me, maybe I can help you teach about nospreads and aimbots. Try looking at videos of Lrizz, Claus, or Derek Lancer too, you might ban them for no spread too.

      Why am I always the target for the bullshit proofless bans? Why can't they just ask me for the videos? Why can't they just put me on CAC like normal people? If it is all about BCR, let us know so we can find ourselves other communities. It's the second time I am being banned for cheating without proofs. I record most of my shootouts. Here are the shootouts i am blamed for aimbot
