Don't even compare the cartel to the current groups....seems like you've no idea what was it about....people planed RP scenes for hours and came up with cool shit, we had rivals back then but we didn't go and pew pew then every 10 minutes, we actually did roleplay and that's why it disbanded, because nobody was up to our roleplay nor ideas or power...it just got stale....

As Matthew said SWAT hasn't been active, you've seen 2 members at most. CSD gets deployed in certain cases not up 24/7 and no, it's almost every time I go on patrol and there's a suspect that M4s down my cruiser or tries to snipe., with your alliances every criminal gets an easy access to heavy weapons,

He's not it's been like that for a good amount of time...we've all seen it. As Matthew said shootouts are apart of the whole thing, it's just that they shouldn't be up 24/7.
While I agree you tried to get your people to roleplay more, there are groups and people that just want DM.

Hello Dupp, I don't know if you remember but I do, when you first joined the server Billy and I had to deal with your constant trolling and in the end you got a full ban since you didn't stop. After we spoke with your friends they promised they'll teach you the rules and you promised that you'll follow them. So you were already given a second chance.
Seems like you wasted it, you have multiple punishments since then and now here you are with a full ban. So you'll have to truly convince me you deserve a THIRD chance. Now tell me why did you return to the field and called for backup? (Don't come with the excuse that you are new because you were punished in the past for returning after death)

I am curious, how did they "MGed" you and also if you prefer to be banned than losing 2 AK cases I don't see why should you should be let back in the server.
I perma banned you because the purpose of the server is to roleplay, and you straight up denied a RP scenario with a clear mind.

Riley: Whatever...but he has a name ya' know!Adam Cole is around 30-35 years old redneck with barely any manners....the isolation he has been in for the past months have pushed him to the edge, not even knowing if he's sane or not.
Every thought about the past made him smile and he knew that he doesn't deserve hapiness...or any emotion in fact. You would wonder what was his past, well there are many versions -...but the one I like to think is the truth is this:
He was born in Angel Pine, raised only by his mother he was the only child. While not knowing who his father was, because his mother kept it a secret, he wasn't bothered by that at all. He didn't have much of a childhood, with his mom brining a new step-father pretty often, he was bullied home and on the streets constantly.
But instead of becoming brooding and stone cold, he took things more lightly, he covered up the pain with a smile.
Even doe he knew that his life wasn't easy nor perfect, he didn't allow that to define him.
The only problem with him was that he didn't have a purpose in his life, he was roaming the streets of Angel Pine wasting his life. Until his mother brought a new guy to their home....but this one was different, he didn't bully Adam, the very opposite.
Adam didn't expect anything different from his mother's boyfriend, but he became a real father figure to him.
He was a biker that taught Adam a lot of life lessons that would be useful to him. Adam finally had a purpose in life now, he knew what he want to do.
He knew that becoming a biker will make his life meaningful.
Few years had passed, Adam still had the idea of becoming a biker, but sadly the father figure for him dissapeared, his mother's boyfriend had been killed.
Adam and his mother were in shock, the peaceful life that they had been living for the past few years, fell apart. Few days later, two men showed up at their home.
They wanted them to pay the debt that the biker had, before his death...but the only money they had were Adam's savings for a bike. Being hearth broken he gave the money away, knowing that he had to start all over again. All those unfortunate events didn't bring Adam down.
He started working in a bar as a bartender, being part of a lot of bar fight , he learned how to take care of himself. Sadly his mother got sick soon.
Not being able to pay for her treatment she soon passed away. Being left with one small house and all the sad memories, Cole never gave up.
After some time he saved up for his bike, sold the house in Angel Pine, said his goodbyes and went to Fort Carson, where he joined an MC...I rather not mention the name. He was known as Crawler between his brothers, since he was beaten so badly before being taken in the MC, he had to get his cut while crawling, ever since then, he left his victims crawl-...trying to escape from him.
A few years passed Cole climbed up the ladder of leadership of the club, he had struck a deal with some sort of a Cartel, no idea about what exactly, but lots of money were in for the club.
After few weeks of business deals and traffic things were going pretty well, there was a big shipment. The whole MC was there, unloading everything from out of no where a few masked man rushed in.....
The only thing you could hear were the bullets hitting and tearing up flesh, it wasn't a gun fight...NO-..it was a massacre. After it was done no trace of the MC was left, but in the distance you could've heard a Harley.
For some God only knows reason Adam was late, he arrived at the scene as he was being welcomed by the bodies of his fellow brothers. You'd think his cry and agony would be heard in Liberty City...but Cole didn't have the power for that,
he didn't have the power for anything. After that he disappeared, a year or two later he was seen around Carson...or you'd say his figure...his once perfect beard and hair would look like straw, his clean and brand new looking Harley,
would look like an old rusty machine from the 70's.The wind was blowing sand in his long hair, the tires were spinning on the heated asphalt while he was holding a hard grip on his bike.
Barely being able to see, the nomad slowed down and parked up his Harley as he turned it off. After he jumped of the bike he made a few steps towards the door.
The building was barely visible from the sandstorm but you could see the rusty old sign "'Lil Probe Inn" The homeless looking guy opened up the door of the bar,
as all the giggles, laughs, shouts and conversations that were going inside - everything went silent. The creepy story Riley was telling become a reality, everyone knew it was him - it was Adam Cole.

Now, after I had a good thought I've decided to give you ONE more LAST chance, I hope you'll follow the rules from now on. But if you break any rule and get banned, do not expect to be unbanned again.

Hello Keno, saying "sorry"412689124689 times won't change the fact that you broke multiple server rules. Saying "please" won't make any staff member to unban you either.
You have 4 FULL bans in total and lots of other punishments, and in order for you to get unbanned you need to show that your attitude will change so we don't have to deal with you again. So here is what you are going to do.
Write what roleplay means for you in 200 words.
And also, write how your attitude and actions will change if you get unbanned.
If I see you spamming "sorry" and/or "please" you'll be deneid, also don't PM any Staff member.

Pros: People with no license would have to communicate/RP (at least a lil) with another person to obtain weapons
Might lower DM but I doubt much will change
If license exam costs cash in the ammunations - more cash for Ammu owners
Cons: Criminals would have to go trough the process
Criminals are more likely to suicide as sus to avoid getting their license revoked or whatever
PD officers have to deal with revoking the license of a guy or whatever

Your list of punishments is big, and you showed you can barely follow a simple request, I've decided to give you ONE last chance and if I you are caught rulebreaking, even the slightest you won't be getting unbanned again. Don't make me regret my decision.

In that time you go take a piss, make a cup of coffee and be back upstairs ready to go again. Minimum time should be at least 15 with the maximum being an hour. Doesn't matter if its light rp or not, jail is more of a hindrance than an actual crime punishment.
I second that, with Timon's idea people can RP inbetween hell even add the option to escape etc. make it more fun

You seem to not understand what "DO NOT PM STAFF MEMBERS ABOUT YOUR UNBAN" until you learn what that means you won't be unbanned.
Make an unban request when you think you can follow the rules properly and not bother everyone with your ban, your fault you are here, not ours, be patient next time you make an unban request.

Sorry I took some time. Being 4 meters in the air does look like hacking yeah we were not aware of that bug and I couldn't have known what is it.
Please next time when you find a bug report it and not abuse it.

Your mistake is that you PGed, insulted us and /qued to avoid RP.
If you call contribution ruining others gameplay by /quing then yes.
The Staff member actions were in his right, he didn't do anything wrong but you seem you have a personal hate for him and you "dug your own grave" by breaking the server rules. So I am giving you a chance here. Are you going to follow the server rules, and not argue or insult staff members, or you are going to keep doing the same thing?
