It should have a 2-5 minute cooldown and let’s say if you’re in blueberry and the suspect is hiding in a building in its range, a message saying: the suspect is in a building nearby. If the suspect isn’t in the range of the town/area you are in, it will say some message that says x player is not around.
This is pretty balanced to me, it gives a fair chance for cops to find suspects, while not being too overpowered.
Useless,rhl doesnt go down in buildings and nobody camps inside them anymore

Removing the command will increase PD patrolling and communication between them. Not only PD, between criminal groups too.

The following toll gates will have their fee reduced: LS-FC to $50 and every other toll to $25 with the exception of LS-LV that will stay $100
Property taxes have been adjusted to the following:
- Properties under $100,000 will now be taxed 1.4%
- Properties under $500,000 will now be taxed 1.5%
- Properties under $1,000,000 will now be taxed 1.7%
- Properties over $1,000,000 will now be taxed 1.8%

Its not supposed to be balanced.
Police are supposed to have an advantage or else the city would be ruled by crime.
Use brain,most criminals are able to shoot down regular duty cops.
Making them able to shoot down SWAT just as the same is retarded and besides SWAT only gets deployed in high threatening situations,where they would level the playing field.
Be happy that ballistic riot shields arent properly working yet which are specificly used to be unfair against hostiles and using them in CQC situations such your anti cop interior with a deagle is not gonna be fun for you.

Simple,I've found a few objects that are perfect for /clothing
Here is a complete list:
- Three boater hats
- an eye patch
- a skully cap
- a medic case
- light body armour
The hats and eyepatch are self explainatory,the medic case can be used especially by EMS and everyone else. The light body armour is a nice addition for civillians and criminals alike (as cops already have their own special vest),it can be used by security for example or criminals who want to look prepared.

I have seen medics going outside of LS for other reasons and not doing their duty.
Hell I have not seen a single medic yet doing his duty as a neutral party taking care of everyone and not just his friends
To be honest,i've seen more medics hurting people than saving them.

The SAAF isnt the National Guard bureau where each Governor has its own unit to control per state.
