The Panopticon affords views of both Bone and Flint Counties and Easter basin Airport, serving San Fierro. We're sure some crime takes place here, only currently, we don't know what.”

 

Home to many popular myths, the Panopticon was once a Sawmill, now completely abandoned. Paranormal explorers, who prefer to be known as "Myth Hunters" report strange noises and several bloodstains amongst the floors of the old sheds. There are multiple rumors of a deranged person / persons residing in the Panopticon area, though none are legally proven by law enforcement or "Myth Hunters", there is one thing for sure- there is some sort of activity happening in the area, though the person/persons behind it are unknown currently.
