Peter Morrison
The Introduction - Origins in Vice City

Peter Morrison was born in London, England. Raised in a typical working-class family, his life took a turn when his parents moved to Vice City in search of better opportunities. As a teenager, Peter grew up in Downtown Vice City, a chaotic urban jungle that left a lasting impression on him.

2013

Concerned about the criminal atmosphere surrounding Vice City, Peter's family sent him back to England for his high school education under the care of his uncle. They feared he might one day fall into the same criminal world that defined much of Vice City. Their intervention worked academically. But mentally, Peter remained fascinated by Vice City's criminal folklore. Living near the old Vice City Bikers' headquarters, he often overheard stories about their wild past during the 1980s.

2016

After earning his bachelor's degree, Peter returned to Vice City to visit his family and celebrate his graduation. He took a year off, staying at the Ocean Beach Hotel. One night, after partying at the Malibu Club, Peter lay awake in bed questioning his direction. Fed up with living off his family’s bank account, he found work at Ocean Docks, loading crates, managing shipments, and building a sense of independence.

2020

Several years and odd jobs later, Peter realized he needed more from life: "22 years old and still doing grunt work at the docks? Time for change." He packed his bags and left for San Andreas in pursuit of stability. After landing in Los Santos, Peter began working as a truck driver, a humble job that allowed him to explore the state and build connections.

Chapter 1 - A Blue Welcome

Late 2022

Peter had climbed the ranks at All Cargo Logistics, one of the most reputable trucking companies in the state. Simultaneously, he joined the San Andreas Police Department  Academy. Balancing both jobs wasn’t easy, but Peter made it work.

Early 2023

Graduating from the academy, Peter was promoted to Police Officer I, won two awards: Academy Graduate and Community Service Award. Though proud, his time in uniform would be short-lived. Conflict arose when he reported two volunteer officers for misconduct. His concerns were twisted, and a deputy accused him of harassment. Soon after, Peter was suspended and then discharged for disobeying a commanding officer's order. He just chose his honor and dignity over the badge. Later, Peter returned to Vice City to clear his mind and reconnect with his roots.

Peter gives his greatest respect and appreciation to the following names who took part in this part of his time at SAPD: Tom Willson, Radolf Baloch, Abraham Barbarossa, Angela Taylor, Simon Stewart, Paul Snowden, Raven Escobar, George Herbert, Tyrone Quintin, Zac Hernandez, Brian Willson, Shawn Cooper, Franklin Grey.

May 23, 2025

He returned to San Andreas and resumed work at All Cargo Logistics. He also attempted to rejoin SAPD, hopeful that the system had changed. Only two weeks later, he was arrested off-duty for assaulting a man outside the LSPD HQ. Captain Snowden sent him to a holding cell. Once again, Peter walked away from the law; this time, it was his fault.
Peter gives his greatest respect and appreciation to the following names who took part in this part of his time at SAPD Academy: Ezequiel Fandino, James Campbell, Claude Colbert, Billu Morrison, Leah Carpenter, Tony Castro, Dominic Salieri.

Vice President Morrison

Chapter 2 - Morrison the Outlaw

May 27, 2025

On a cold night, Peter met with his old friend Abu. After hours of deep conversation, Abu proposed something that lit a spark in Peter: reviving the outlaw spirit of the 1980s Vice City Bikers. Peter agreed; together, they rode through Los Santos, eventually meeting a third member. Igniaco in the Market. That night, the First 3 was born.
They founded Death Row MC, with headquarters set in Javier’s Bar, Vinewood. Peter was named Vice President.

May 29, 2025

Within two days, the club was making its presence known. Robbery. Kidnapping. Murdery. Chaos on the streets. Their actions were brutal. Along the way, they noticed a rival club gaining traction in Angel Pine: the Sons of Silence MC.

June 4, 2025

A member of the Sons of Silence pulled up outside Javier’s Bar, asking for Abu. Peter and Igniaco intercepted him, alerting Abu. The three surrounded the man. Abu offered him 10 seconds to leave or face the wrath of his VPs. The man refused to move.

Peter swung a bat. Igniaco drew a knife. The man tried to flee but was shot down before reaching his bike.

Can Peter handle the weight of this new outlaw life, or will it break him?
To be continued...
