Khalid's journey to a big rig!

Hi, this is Khalid Kashmiri and this is my journey on how I got my big rig. It will take me some time to get it, but bear with me, it will be worth it.

Goal is to own a RoadTrain with lvl4 alarm upgrade, radio and nitrous installed. But there will be some rules and checkpoints...

Rules:
1 Always staying within the laws. I need to abide legal weights for cargo aswell as speed limits and so on.
2 I may only use money earned throughout the journey with exception of starter money for the first truck.
3 I cannot skip vehicles in the Checkpoints, I need to follow the list.
4 I need to buy the vehicle from Dealership new.
5 I need to upgrade the vehicle fully (lvl4 alarm, radio and nitrous)
6 I can sell my old truck to a player, but I can place /ad for selling it only once. Otherwise the truck needs to be sold to Dealership.
7 I may only use my owned trucks for this journey.
8 I will update about my progress with posts below "regularly".

This all was inspired by iToms and his ancient post about earning money and building up a character, I have decided aswell to make my little "journey" aswell.

I have started my journey at LV Dealership. Got my truck, painted it and headed for Los Santos, to Ocean Docks. This whole thing set me back 55 500$. Damn the begining is rough!
 

Loaded up my truck at Ocean Docks and headed out, towards Las Venturas where I was circling back and forth.

 

After a LOT OF TIME, a paycheck came. Not great, not terrible.

 

Once I got my paycheck, I fixed up the truck, took care of my hunger and thirst and called it a day.



Money in bank: 35 000$
Money in hand: 3 798$

The day started... not so great. But I managed to flip it back.

 

Lottery came, so I had to spare some money to try my luck! Of course I haven't won anything.

 

Eventhough my paycheck for today still did not come, I've decided to upgrade the Rumpo fully with alarm, nitro and radio. I added some wheels, because I felt fancy! 



Money in bank: 5 000$
Money in hand: 3 220$

To be fair, both Pony and Rumpo look so badass I’d use only them to make my way to RT.
