RULES

NATIONAL GUARD VS. WHETSTONE WOODLAND INSURGENCY WAR

 

  1. Battles are arranged at times agreed by leaders of WWI and NG.
    1. There must be at least 6 members available of each group at the time of any attacks or battles.
  2. WWI may obtain group points for purchasing weapons at black market by following activities:
    1. Hosting a checkpoint for at least 1 hour with at least 8 members - 8 points
    2. Hosting a patrol over the claimed territory for 1 hour with at least 8 members - 5 points
    3. Seizing a weed field planted by an enemy group (not random players) - 8 points
    4. Seizing a heroin shack operated by enemy group (not random players) - 2 points
    5. Organizing a battle against NG in accordance with Rule 1 and 1.1 - 10 points
    6. These activities cannot be spammed with intent to farm points. 1 of each activity per day is permitted.
  3. WWI may seize a weed field planted by another group in the following manner:
    1. The group that planted the field must be asked to leave the area of Whetstone and be granted 30 seconds to show compliance;
    2. If group refuses to comply, force may be used against the group;
  4. WWI may defend a weed field planted by themselves in the following manner:
    1. The group attacking the weed field must be asked to leave the area of Whetstone and be granted 30 seconds to show complaince;
    2. If the group resumes attacking the weed field planted by WWI, the WWI may deploy tanks to defend the field;
  5. WWI must permit players under level 12, if they're not apart of a group, to plant or produce heroin without disturbance;
  6. WWI are not permitted to operate outside Whetstone without permission of Server Management;
    1. WWI members are allowed to leave Whetstone area without permission, but not with intent to host WWI related activities
    2. WWI are allowed to participate in /missions and /heists without permission, but without any special vehicles or weaponry.
  7. WWI and NG are not permitted to seize each other's vehicles.
  8. WWI and NG may use tanks, hydras, hunters and other special vehicles against each other by default, unless otherwise agreed upon by the leaders for each individual battle.
  9. WWI and NG may not use air vehicles to bomb ground players without it specially being permitted by leaders for each individual battle.
  10. WWI and NG may not return after death to battles unless otherwise agreed upon by the leaders for each individual battle.
  11. WWI may not have any ally groups or enemy groups.
  12. NG may not have SAPD or SASD assisting with the battles against WWI.
    1. In certain situations, server management may approve law enforcement to operate in Whetstone for a search warrant or other activity unrelated to WWI-NG war.
    2. Law enforcement and other agencies such as Fire Department are allowed to enter Whetstone to pursue wanted players who are unrelated to WWI or to complete fire missions.
    3. WWI are not allowed to aid wanted players or players being pursued by law enforcement if the wanted player is unrelated to WWI.
