  Okay so, the situation is that I had logged on today to play with my friends and was told about a situation that involves the Ballas faction around Jefferson. One of the person in our group had robbed a member from that faction and had then let him go. A few hours in game, they were chased around by that faction constantly and were attacked. One situation included was a drive-by which we had gotten away. Today we decided to retaliate on a few members that we had remembered from the past altercation. We had caught one of their members in grove street, and then reminded him about the situation and had killed him in regards to this situation. Around 30 minutes we catch 'Terrel Williams' in Jefferson on his BMX who we proceeded to try and finish off quickly before any backup could arrive. Unfortunately, with how the bmx hitbox and physics are in this game we could not land a shot at first. We then decided the easiest way to deal with the situation was to drive-by him next time we go past that street so we had purchased shotguns to do this. Straight after we see him we open fire straight away to try and catch him off-guard and then proceed to be banned instantly. I don't understand why the admin did not ask us our side of the story. It should have at least been an admin situation instead of impulsively pulling the trigger on a ban. I have spoken.

I've been checking you 3 for a while, and from what i have seen all you do is DM, few minutes prior to your ban, you went up to a guy at temple and killed him without any interaction. Then, you went up to Terrell and started shooting him too.

 

Tell me, what would change if we decide to unban you?

If you were speccing us for a while, you would have seen that situation was a robbery. If you can check the logs you can see our interaction with that young lad. He drove away. Why won't these people roleplay fear on this server? I can tell you none of these situations just start with us shooting without any context. I already explained the Terrel situation above sir. This was an on-going dispute between our characters in game. We already had problems with Terrell and his faction yesterday. This Balla faction is allowed to hit us on-site unprovoked but when we hit back it is not allowed? I've tried my best to explain the situation. WWJD. I have spoken.
