Reason: Me and Chelsea Finch want to create a homeless shelter at Idlewood as one of our urban development projects. The rooms will be rentable for free instead of $5,000, and it will be advertised as a homeless service agency.

So I would like to move property #1986 to Idlewood motel area shown below.

It was meant to be a project to nationalize the hotel, giving the ownership to the state government and transforming it into a homeless shelter, so rent free for those who can't afford to buy houses.
