  Hi, to be honest I have no damn clue how this happened, never clicked on those obvious links but yet got somehow hacked, even though my mail or any other app is not hacked (fully checked and 100% sure) the Discord did get hacked. As I got banned on my account, I wanted to join on my new one but as they are on same IP, and other shit, I got banned there too. I'd like to get unbanned on my new account and chat again. Thanks in advance.

I cannot join on either of my 2 accounts, when I got hacked Valrise was not there and I cannot join.

So the name you gave is your discord name. In that case we cannot see your ban, meaning you are not banned. Nothing we can do.
