The Gvardia Corporation, will request publicly for State Government police to start a Tierra Robada program which will exclude The Fort Carson PD of harassing citizens of Tierra robada. El Quebrados PD should take full control of the county, we love our state and we love what it has done for us immigrants coming here, but the pure racism's of some cops from Fort Carson will make us divide and we don't want another Bone County and Flint County to happened, that's why I'm requesting from Police Department of San Andreas to please step in and show that the state is one and there is not a single county/person that can be bigger then the state.
