Regular office, for a brand new firm that I opened, my budget is around 600k. Let me know if you have something.

I could prolly suggest you a 1.4M office with 6 or more parking spots 1-2 for helis inside LS!

It could help finding new employees and even find them really easily.

If so you could pay 700k now and in a month u could pay 700k with low interest, including a contract with screenshot and RP-ing it.
