CRIMES AGAINST THE REPUBLIC

On the 28th August 2021, Ammy Davis, later revealed to work for the San Andreas Police Department, was found in New Flint Republic territorial areas and subsequently arrested. During her time in custody, it was revealed to the soldiers on the scene that she had conspired against the republic and its people, essentially giving up a member to the law enforcement agencies in Los Santos.

 

Due to the severity of her crimes, she was sentenced to death and was publicly executed via firing squad at the tolls bordering Los Santos -> Flint County. In a statement addressing onlookers of the incident, they addressed Ammy Davis as a "traitor" and a "black sheep to society", further outlining her crimes.

GROWING SUSPICIONS

On the 28th August 2021, Ammy Davis, was detained and executed publicly at LS-FC tolls.

 

Later on in the day, another execution was announced by the Liberational Movement of San Andreas (L.M.S.A). This time, the victim was Vincenzo Veratti - a suspected applicant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and given recognition of suspicious activity from the individual, it was deemed that he was a high threat to the Republic and was to be executed to protect the people of the New Flint Republic.

 

No confirmation has yet been received about the individual's involvement with external agencies but it seems apparent that the L.M.S.A are certain of their verdict.

TEMPORARY ARMISTICE

On the 28th August 2021, the Federal Bureau of Investigation arranged a meeting with the freedom fighters of the Liberational Movement of San Andreas at the Abandoned Airport in Bone County, which was once home to the aircraft of a previous terrorist threat in the northern sector of the State - Bone County Resistance.

 

Each side had their own men equipped with heavy weaponry and were stationed in range of the meeting point. During the discussion, several points were outlined, as well as many accusations alluding to the alleged "terrorist-like" activity. A spokesman for the Republic, as well as addressing the same points at the meeting, would like to highlight that the events in question were retaliations and the actions taken were justifiable responses.

AMERICAN SYSTEM COLLAPSE

In recent days, the State Government of San Andreas has lost its Vice Governor after he was removed by Governor Charles McGill.

 

While the reasons behind the removal are unclear, the ex-Vice Governor has since become an official passport holder of the New Flint Republic. The beginning of the collapse of the system that Americans put their faith and trust in can be seen clearly here, with the transition from San Andreas to Flint Republic from a high-ranked government employee.

LS-FC TOLL EXPLOSION

A few days ago, several members of the Liberational Movement of San Andreas (L.M.S.A) were conducting an inclusive event, encouraging and welcoming new citizens to the New Flint Republic. Despite their exhaustive efforts to not block free travel during this event, a PSA was made shortly after the announcement of the event, warning the soldiers on the tolls to leave immediately or they would be removed forcibly.

 

After several minutes, a plethora of bombs rained from the sky creating a blanket of explosions across the tolls. While none of the soldiers were killed in the attack, it is believed that 1 citizen and 1 volunteer of the SAPD were killed from the deadly explosions as they interacted with the soldiers prior to the bombings. People are beginning to wonder: is this a display of how much the government values its citizens?

 

Will they attempt to eradicate even the most peaceful of operations and in doing so, kill their own citizens in a failing attempt? "Such sacrifices are uncalled for and it was a tragic loss of life", commented one soldier who had witnessed the blast from a hideout point in the west hills.

RESTRICTION OF FREE TRAVEL?

During the meeting between several agencies and the Liberational Movement of San Andreas on the 28th August, there were concerns outlined that addressed and labelled the freedom fighters as "terrorists" due to their activities - one of these was restriction of free travel between the New Flint Republic and Los Santos.

 

However, the L.M.S.A responded to the allegations saying that the restrictions were simply border checks and that given the individual(s) had the sufficient documentation, they were able to pass. The L.M.S.A has also busted countless drug trafficking incidents on the tolls, as well as many trucks hauling machinery and equipment to manufacture and distribute heavy weaponry around the Republic. It seems as if the fighters are doing more for the state than the San Andreas Police Department could ever do; seeing as they have neglected their duties in such a way that busts like these are made upon entry to the Republic and not vice versa.

 

Instead of allowing the Republic to continue its notion of "moderated travel", the government and the state police department has completely obstructed every path into the region which has done more damage than they claimed that L.M.S.A had done in the first place. Quite arguably, blocking tolls completely is an abhorrent move - especially when moderated travel by the soldiers was much less restricted. The government has branded and bashed the rebels as terrorists, yet have taken harsher moves that put them in the same category of which they defined themselves. 

 

Travel via the train railroads, LS-FC highway and the LS-FC tolls are just some of the areas obstructed by this change as a result of the State's disproportional response.

THE GENERAL'S MESSAGE

 

 

 

After a comedic tweet from the Governor, about such a serious event that occured in Los Santos this past weekend, a video of the General of L.M.S.A. surficed. In the video he is adressing the current events that are on going and send out an invitation towards the President himself.

 

Despite the bombings that occured in the reported hide-out of the ogranization, the General seems alive and well. The security of the state seems more and more weakend, especially after L.M.S.A managed to takve over the City Hall and capture the Vice-Governor hostage. The citizens of the State are in doubt and are waiting for a concrete decission on the Indepence Contract that was signed during thementioned City Hall take over.

SATURDAY - EXPECTED JUDGEMENT DAY

A new video serficed of the General of L.M.S.A having a speech in the company of the Vice Governor of the state.

 

In the video the General lays out his request for someone of the Presidency to appear on Saturday, so a discussion can occur between both sides. Such discussion can conclude the whole colission and peace might come out of it.

 

The power of the state is being under question, as the Vice Governor has been taken twice. Considering after the first time she would be under heavy protection by PD and FBI, she appeared in the hands of L.M.S.A. Looking weak and disorganized in the eyes of the public the Goverment and law enforcement have no other option, than showing up on Saturday and try to work things out with the General.

GRACE PERIOD FOR LOS SANTOS

Yesterday on 9/11/2021 a public negotiation was held between the General of L.M.S.A and Mr. Carter. After a few hours of planning out both sides came to an angreement.

Dozens of people attend and backed up Flint County's side, while from Los Santos only law enforcers were present.

 

Details regarding the deal that was made was unclear, but it seems a request regarding the Svensson Farm from L.M.S.A had been laid out. According to a video that surficed the General was promised an answer last night, but none answered. So a Grace period was given until the end of the day to have a decision made by The Presidency's side.

WAR: MEN AT ARMS' VICTORIES

Following the declaration of war on Cartel De Santa Muerte a few days ago by the Liberational Movement of San Andreas' high command, there have been a number of events involving both parties. Ultimately, the L.M.S.A have triumphed over the Cartel's forces in a number of occasions.

 

In a recent statistic announcement, the soldiers have managed to drive the Cartel out of New Flint Republic for days, and have forced them into hiding. It is known that more than ten members have been killed, along with one formal execution and one currently serving detention under the NFR Marshals. The L.M.S.A has made it clear that there will not be an armistice until the Cartel surrenders or leaves the New Flint Republic, and they will work until the opposition have ceased operations in order to protect their land, resources and citizens.

RESTRICTION OF RESOURCES

Following the declaration of war on Cartel De Santa Muerte a few days ago by the Liberational Movement of San Andreas' high command, there have been a number of attacks carried out by the Cartel in retaliation for attacks on their forces. In an attempt to restrict their movements and attacks, especially on civilians, the men at arms carried out an operation lasting the previous 48 hours to locate and destroy any vehicles found in the vicinity of their known hideout.

 

No statement from LMSA has been released as of yet, and no requests for negotiation or peacetalks have been made by CSM.

INDEPENDENCE - L.M.S.A. ISSUE WARNING

The Liberational Movement of San Andreas have issued a warning to the government, and the presidency in regards to the lack of communication regarding independence talks. The organisation have made suggestive remarks such as making claims in Los Santos to prove a point and have also wished the new government good luck in their new position.

 

Given the new governor holds a great deal of power in regards to communication and may be the difference between a fully fledged war and peacekeeping discussions, the person who is elected will have great responsibility on their shoulders to ensure that the relations remain amicable with the L.M.S.A. group.

BREAKING: L.M.S.A. STRIKE LOS SANTOS

Following yesterday's warning just minutes before the attack was executed on Los Santos City Hall, the Liberational Movement of San Andreas has posted another video, with the General noting that the ex-Governor of San Andreas, Charles McGill, was killed and executed.

 

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has claimed the costs inflicted on the organisation were of high expense, but we reassure the citizens of the New Flint Republic that these funds used on the attack were a small dent in the funds, and although unsuccessful drove a powerful statement about our willingness and determination.

 

The government has attempted to cover the attacks done to Los Santos following the attack, with the military tanks bombing Los Santos City Hall, Special Operations Bureau HQ, Los Santos Police Department, Pershing Square sewers & roads and the ex-Irish Motors headquarters towards the west of Pershing Square. These are all amounting to substantial costs and will cost the taxpayers in Los Santos a lot more than it cost us.

Following failed negotiation attempts and growing unrest within the ranks of the Liberational Movement of S.A., they have announced the successful execution of Senator Leonardo Carter of the United States of America. This should act as a warning to all those who underestimated the power and intellect of the militants behind this organisation, as even the most protected and high-status people in society are vulnerable.

 

The US Government has ignored the pleas of Senator Leonardo Carter to reduce the attacks on the organisation and failed to reach an agreement, except trying to hunt him down. The SAPD/FBI teams have brutally murdered many of the L.M.S.A. soldiers in an attempt to find the Senator, but have failed to do so. To congratulate the Law Enforcement and the Government for their efforts, the leaders of the L.M.S.A. have suggested that they may "toss a limb or two over the tolls".
