CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS?

Bill Green - BT Editor | CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS?

The management of Pete3Ammunations has decided to close both their Los Santos Ammu-Nations based in Market and Willowfield. The two Ammu-Nations are possibly the most popular in the state of San Andreas. In a recent statement by Pete3Ammunations management, the cause given for the decision has been the increased crime rate within Los Santos. The closure of the Ammu-Nations has faced a lot of backlash with some saying the decision is complete nonsense.

The lack of support provided by Pete3Ammunations for their claims is causing many to wonder if this is another blunder of the state government for failing to control crime within Los Santos or if there is an ulterior motive. However, is it the place of Ammu-Nation owners to make such decisions and deprive lawful citizens of their constitutional rights? Please let us know by voting in the BUZZ TIMES poll and in the comments below.

Comment: The 2nd Amendment prohibits the federal government from infringing on the right of individuals to keep and bear arms, which includes firearms. it does not explicitly restrict the right of private entities to enforce their own rules on their own property.

your only Federal Second Amendment “right” is to have a handgun in your home for self defense.  district of columbia v. heller
