We're not playing this game, you've annoyed half the server in recent weeks playing on the edge of the rules, we've held a discussion about you and your group yesterday in management chat due to the sheer amount of reports received against it, a discussion that was initiated by Mikro, where we decided to give you a chance and the benefit of doubt. Clearly you're a loose cannon and you're unable to play the game without baiting and provoking people. 

 

Try making a ban appeal when you're able to be realistic, understanding of your wrongdoings and accepting of the punishment. However, that won't guarantee an unban since that's gonna be up to the collective vote of the staff team and the last review to the management.

Anthony Eix has reached out afterwards seeking for terms to be unbanned - following a managerial discussion, and considering the situation which led to his ban (copbaiting - ramming FBI vehicles at a crime scene unrelated to him), it was determined that he could be unbanned under some terms.

 

The following terms apply:

• He is required to keep his OOC fights with players down - continuing to provoke, insult or harass players will result in a final permanent ban.
• He is required to closely follow the rules - circumventing the rules to his favor when his actions were wrong will result in the final permanent ban
• He may not start shootouts against players without appropriate roleplay causes behind it, therefore - no random killings and kidnappings of players.
• Overall, he is going to be under close watch by the staff team and any violation of the rules or the terms here will result in permanent removal from the server.

For the players - if Anthony Eix violates the rules (or these terms), file a report on the forum or in-game and the staff members will deal with it appropriately as they have been given instructions on how to proceed with this.
