@samp, Idk I think with all the high prices in cars and stuff, I think it could sell for 500k, anything is possible. Its negotiable though, i'll probably change it to negotiable then

i have tried to sell houses and its hard people dont want to waste much money on them

and there are more and more unnowned houses even in mullholand or richman 

a few months ago you could sell it for 650k buyout back then evrybody wanted mansions
