  Im new to samp i didn't fully understand rules and their punishments but now i do and i am sorry i didn't read rules properly then i hope that you can give me another chance to play i won't do rulebreaks and i will do roleplay now i fully understand rules

Being "new" to SAMP does not mean a thing, the server name clearly says Valrise "Roleplay" and if you haven't read the rules upon joining, that's your problem. So quit being impatient, I'll look into it later today.
