With the gang affiliation(s) and underworld growing in the state of San Andreas. A routine check has been held by the San Andreas Police Department S.W.A.T. - several young individuals were caught on the street who were /hanging/ in a gang-controlled area. The team frisked the individuals and noted their identities. They were let go since none of them were carrying any contraband with.

Yesterday several officers responded to a 911 dispatch, where a civilian murdered two individuals who were trying to rob him but failed - but once the investigation was started by the Lieutenant the defendant mentioned that he used an illegal assault rifle in the process!

On the late evening of October 22nd, SAPD's tactical team, SWAT - has raided several properties that had open warrants on them. Multiple kilo of drugs was seized and illegal assault rifles that were smuggled in the state. The total finds remain classified. After the team conducted multiple property raids, a kidnapping situation was called in which they worked together with al LEA's. SWAT was ready to engage on the ground and together with FBI's special agent they setup a plan to retrieve the hostage. After some back and forth the hostile suspects dropped the hostage at Bayside tunnel(s) and the team managed to retrieve the hostage in tact. FBI ordered the team to bring the hostage to their headquarters where they pursued with the situation.

On the 23rd of October, a major call-out was made in distress. A group of heavily armed suspects had killed a dozen officers state-wide. The Special Weapons and Tactics team deployed together with the Hostage Rescue Team. Together they took down over 10 armed suspects at Willowfield who had barricaded themselves and opened fire on the LEOs. It was a long waiting game for one of the sides to make a decision and a play. But after some time the suspects tried getting out of the barricaded area, few of them managed to escape but most of them got neutralized on the scene. After the team's tried to disband from their duties a bank heist got dispatched. After arriving in the area, The Special Weapons and Tactics team planned a breach, the situation didn't last longer than two minutes -- the suspects got quickly neutralized after they opened fire at the operatives.

On 29th of October, 2022 -- a team of EMT's and Police Officers rescued a trapped civilian. A civilian dialed in distress the 911. After we arrived on the scene we saw her at the edge of a cliff. I quickly reported to base to get a rescue helicopter, after that we quickly got her out and back to base. In the meantime medic's prepared on the ground if she fell or something like that. After we landed back at base we called EMT's to do a check up on her.

Not too long ago an election took place that got a new Governor and Vice Governor elected. But not even a month further and they stepped down. On 29th October 2022 a new inauguration took place, and like usual Special Weapons and Tactics was present under the Commanding Officer's command. Together with the Hostage Rescue Team, they managed to not only protect the selected ones -- but also fought several offenders that opened lethal fire on the candidates. Luckily the trained teams had a plan set up for any scenario and took action in a matter of seconds. The most remarkable moment was when several aircraft or para jumpers deployed and failed to land after a locked airspace announcement was called, so the SWAT's marksman team(s) took down the perpetrators. The candidates got out unharmed due to the FBI's tactical team's quick response.

It is very important that the team is disciplined, following the orders accordingly and executing operations flawlessly. Yet sometimes humainly mistakes can happen, although there is always room for improvement, even in the top tier. Today the team learned it the hard way.

On 14th November, the SAPD S.W.A.T. team partnered up with the FBI H.R.T. to go after a high-risk subject, J. Dalton. The teams managed to pinpoint the location where he got arrested. After an interrogation at the S.O.B., the subject got put back in the armored vehicle and transported to the state prison.
