Reason: Mostly I need this property for RP purposes (Drift, Car show, Hangouts, etc..) and also in case my group get accepted as HQ. I have been looking for this property for a while because I find a perfect area for my RP purpose, and i had a mapping in mind for this area (It is SF driving school)
