Background

Alberto Ricci was born in Italy, Florence. He had hard and rough experience growing up, as born in a city full of crimes he would usually get in conflicts and misunderstandings with his friends at school and gang members across his neighbourhood. Alberto learns to understand that he cannot live in Florence with his poor family. Everyday when he comes home, he would find something is up with him he was never happy. Alberto would look at the TV and see rich and successful business men in USA and will dream one day he opens himself one. On the 7/3/1997 he would get in a massive fight with some gang members, he was badly beaten and bruised, he somehow found his way back to his house where his mother comforted him and cared after Alberto. Alberto the next day goes to apply for a visa to the USA he doesn't have a clue what he is going to do or where is he going to stay. After one month he gets a letter that the visa has been approved and he is ready to fly to USA. Alberto packs himself a couple of pairs of clothes and takes his most important book, the bible with him. Alberto was a Christian who was a hard believer. Alberto's focus was mainly going there to start a better life for himself.

 

Story

On 13/4/1997, taking on a challenge and deciding, getting on a plane to Las Venturas. He picked Las Venturas mainly because it's in a great place near Los Santos and San Fierro the two bigger cities. After landing and passing the check-ups, he headed outside in the cold and dark night to look at the city from his own view. He loved it the buildings, casinos, the style it was what he was imaging of the whole flight so much so that he couldn’t rest. He felt tired after the flight he wanted to take a rest, he didn’t mind where, he just went to the first free bench and laid there watching the stars and relaxing. Alberto then got cold, he slowly stood up so he took a blanket from his suit case. He stumbled across on a newspaper, on the newspaper he glanced at a wanted man by the name of Marco Spagerolli. Alberto didn’t pay too much attention and threw the newspaper on the ground, he then turned to his other direction and fell asleep

Next day he woke up, it was sunny and he needed to go to the city hall council to update his documents. He headed to the city council with the nearest taxi he can find. On the way the taxi driver and Alberto talked about the city and how there is too much crime and combativeness, Alberto didn’t listen as he wasn’t very interested. When Alberto walked into the Las Venturas city hall everything looked expensive and high quality there was multiple of workers and business men in the building waiting for their turns. Time passed, he was nowhere near the que, so with the poor English he spoke he wanted to know more about the jobs available, a kind man next to him explained there was a job at a pizza shop in town not so far away. Alberto was Italian so he knew how to make pizzas so he liked the idea. The man guided him to the shop and, let Alberto meet with the manager. The manager hired him straight away as he needed more pizza makers. The man also guided him to a place where Alberto can stay for the night, at his house. Alberto was surprised and asked the man why he was helping him, the man smiled and said “I saw you are new and I like to help new people settle”. Alberto didn’t know what to say and thanked the man by the name of Tyrell Anderson. Next day came and Alberto was finishing of his first day at work when he saw a man who was familiar but didn’t know from where, he said “I need cover can you offer me some” and Alberto replied “What kind of cover?” sounding confused. The man rushed inside and settled. “They are coming, they are coming don’t say a word.” Alberto didn’t know what was happening so he played along, soon 2 officers rushed and said have you seen this man and pulled out a picture of the man’s face. Alberto scared replied “Officers I can assure you, I haven’t.” the officers hesitated for some time, few moments later stormed out of the store.

Alberto went down to the man and nodded. The man stood up and went up to Alberto and reached for a handshake, Alberto accepted the handshake and the two got to know each other, the man standing opposite Alberto was Marco Spagerolli running from the police after being tracked down in Las Venturas. He was wanted by the police and stated as a dangerous man. Marco was the boss of a Mafia known as The Spagerolli Crime Family. Marco gave his number to Alberto and said if you are interested give me a call and left the Pizzeria slowly, not catching anybody's attention. Alberto though and though and decided to give Marco a call.  

The time was 22:37pm late night, Marco was relaxing in his mansion when he got the call from Alberto, he answered. After some talking with Alberto, they both turn out to be Italian and spoke with their first language. Alberto had arranged a meeting with Marco and his Mafia the following day. Next day came, he got his best outfit and headed to the Casino where they were meeting, he came early not to seem rude, 5 minutes passed no sign of anyone, but a black limousine heading towards him. A white Italian man with a black suit steps out of the car with a smile on his face. “Alberto, hello my friend.” with a strong loud voice coming to Alberto. They shake hands, and proceeded to go in, they spent the whole night in the club drinking and having fun. Until Alberto turned to Marco and said, “I am new, and I am looking for a place to settle, do you know one by any chance?” Marco turned to him slowly and looked at Alberto in the eyes with a serious face. “Umm, do I know a place, I do.” Alberto leaned forward listening more and more into the details as they both settled on a deal. Alberto was going to be a part of the Spagerolli Crime Family. Alberto thrilled with joy and looks at Marco and says “Why pick me over other people?” Marco took a small drink and replied "because I can see you are a serious person and I can rely on you". Alberto leans in and says “Of course you can rely on me, I won't let you down.” Marco smiled and laughed and replied with “I will give you a chance if you fuck it up, then that’s your problems, you're in.” Next day Alberto got introduced, there were many members, they all were welcoming to Alberto and became friends with him. Alberto is now living in Las Venturas 33 years of age, and a part of the Spagerolli family, enjoying himself and living his best life with friends and respectives.

"Jesus the Lord Saviour"

On a cold and bright Sunday, heading toward the, grave yard in the north part of Los Santos, more specifically Temple, where Alberto would go and pray to Jesus for forgiveness and health. He did the usual as any other Sunday, he would be smartly dressed, wearing a suit and his hair combed and put into a style. Walking to the headstone where he always prays.

 Alberto would get down on his knees and start praying with his hand on his heart. He would pray for a good 2-5 minutes before saying "Amen". In that time he would image the clouds and the nature, he would think what god looks like and let his mouth speak the prayer.

Suddenly a tall man with a mask on his head wearing an all-black suit yelling “Hands up and do no try any sudden movements!”

Alberto terrified with fear starts to sing a prayer to god, a couple of long seconds pass before the man walks behind Alberto and crashes onto the graveyard grass.

Alberto with no hesitations looks up to the sky and shouts “Thank you my lord! Thank you!” and quickly runs off to his car, and then quickly takes off.
