This can possibly be set but we have to consider the fact that there is no easy way to access the front door. It seems inconvenient (and unrealistic) to have to jump the fence everytime.

I will build an entrance with furniture, I only need 1max2 days and the yard set.

let me try, if fit good we will have a house , if fit bad you can delete it...

Could be considered, contact any snr+ in-game and you can show them the idea. If it's fine then the property can be set.
