  I have been banned for the aforementioned reason and I would like to appeal it. I wonder, how can you claim this as deathmatch? Me and my friend (Rakesh_Mahanti) were roleplaying all situations in accordance with the rules of the server. 1) We shot two cops as they were attempting to apprehend us for our previously committed crimes. Is that deathmatch? No. We had a proper reason to go ahead and shoot them / threat them, as we did not want to get apprehended. 2) We shot two kids who rammed our vehicles because they had no idea about what RP driving is. We politely asked them to pay up for the repairs as a compensation since it was their fault and they caused the accident. They did not want to pay but we still did not shoot them once since that could be eventually claimed as DM. But then, one of their illiterate friends decided to jump on his friend cop's car and carsurf with him, until we told him to stop carsurfing, and we were pursued by this cop all the way to Commerce (for idiots, that is a district surrounding the area of Pershing Square), where James decided to ban us, right after we killed him. (In total three people, who were also unfairly revived by an administrator.)

No that is incorrect and I'll prove it to you. You never spoke with them about a vehicle ram, nor did they ram you there, so if you aren't prepared to be honest in your ban appeal - I don't advise making it in the first place. I was watching you there the whole time.

This was said before killing Scott Smith. You had no proper reason to kill him there, nor do I see anything that relates to them ramming you/or even having a word with them about that, there were no proper roleplay interactions done b/w you. So there's one player DM'd.

About the premier that chased you for twenty seconds to Pershing Square, that was me. You shot at me after saying "what" - so basically you DM'd three players in a minute, this shows that you and your friend have a DM mentality and you are not trying to change that whatsoever, especially given your array of punishments. Your admin records are terrible and you're in no way to changing that.

About your ban, it was turned into an admin jail after your admin record was checked which showed that you have less punishments related to DM, compared to your friend - he will remain banned. If you're going to amend your conduct on the server, I'm more than happy to let you in. Otherwise, it's not going to work.
