How did the electricity go down exactly after you lost the bet though? It shows you "disconnected", not "crashed". Come clean in your next reply.

You're not even consistent in your story. First it was the Egyptian government that disconnected your power. Now it's a fire. Come clean because the logs show you disconnected straight after you lost. Then you may be possibly unbanned.
