  I'm sorry for this but I didn't do anything, I was in game, walking around and for a second I've seen a jetpack in my shoulders from the no where, I don't know when I was banned cause the ban append when I was offline

Seems strange that you tried to hack a jetpack at this point of your registration and I believe you were a level 8 or 9 or something like that.
