Type: Business

Reason: I want this Property for RP purpose, as a legal group we need a private place to RP at meetings, interview new members amd other things.
Second reason is i want to reserve this property to be set as a HQ for my group when Groups council approve it.(i RPed owning the building for a month now https://forum.valrisegaming.com/index.php?/topic/12566-the-sanco-group/ )
