This is what the safe zone rule states:

 

"Safezones are defined areas in which initiating situations that involve shooting, robberies,kidnaps and other criminal roleplay is prohibited.

 

 

 

You may initiate criminal roleplay in those areas with permission of an administrator. The safe zones are established to prevent crime from being performed where it would be unrealistic for it to occur due to high activity and surveillance."

 

Firstly, shooting down a police officer in front of the Police Department Headquarters sound like roleplay to you? Even if he shot you, IRL the police department is highly secured with a lot of police officers present on scene, no criminal would ever dare to shoot down an officer in broad daylight that too infront of the HQ.

 

 

 

Secondly, criminals are supposed to evade from cops not hunt them down.

 

 

 

Thirdly, you claim the volunteer was the one who started to shoot, then why did you not report him?

 

 

 

Fourthly, you are shooting from the hood of the patriot while the other one is shooting from the trunk of the patriot, is this what you think roleplay is?

 

 

 

What you did was plain deathmatch. You won't be unbanned unless you accept your mistake considering your excessive punishment history regarding deathmatching.

This is dynamic - light rp server. This isn't a heavy rp server - and even if it was, it's not our fault. We wen't back to check on who was attacking us so we can report him just to make sure we reported the right individual but as you can see we didn't have much of a chance with our ban.

6v1? You know that people in Valrise always kill cops whenever they come to them and not just run away from them sir, even if they're outnumbered.

The vehicle was at full stop and this is again, not heavy rp.

I take the blame for arguing with him over the public chat - that was all me, Spagerollis nor anyone with me didn't have any interaction with him that was as critical as mine.

Even if we're a light roleplay server, that doesn't grant you the right to break the server rules.

Secondly, Marco claimed that he had a heated argument with the volunteer on /p and then he run him over, I am 100% sure that you all knew who was shooting you.

Earlier your claim was that we should ban the volunteer for DM but the volunteer was never reported and the logs confirm that it was your fellow mates who initiated the deathmatch at the safezone.

That's again a rulebreak for which punishments are issued. It is classified under unrealistic roleplay.

Server rules strictly prohibit car surfing yet again, you were shooting while standing on the hood.

 

Considering your excessive punishment history for the same, a ban was applied.
