Property requests

All property requests are handled by Senior Administrators. Other administrative tasks such as tickets will always take priority over property requests, so avoid bothering staff in-game to set your property and change your interior. ALL requests MUST first be made on the forum so that we have a record of changes. If you request a change in-game and do not have a forum, request it will be denied. 

 

If you have made a request on the forum and it has been approved, you may then make a support ticket in-game if there is a Senior Administrator online. 

 

New properties 
We will only set new properties where their is a suitable reason and need to do so. We will not set an endless amount of properties to occupy slots when other properties are available. Before making a request, you should consider if there is another similar value property nearby.

 

Interior changes

Our interiors do not share the same ID's as other servers. Please use this list for our ID's. The interior that you are requesting should match the outside of your property. This applies in both ways, you can not have a premium looking interior in a run down 50k gangster house, nor can you have a run down dirty interior in a 750k mansion. By providing your property ID in your request, we are able to review it without you being online and this can speed up the process of making a decision. 

 

Yard requests
Not every property is entitled to an exterior yard. Yard's will only be set where there is a sufficient space to make it worthwhile allowing you to have furniture placed. Yard's are designed for outside living and not to create extensions to your house, build floating platforms, place helipads on gang members houses and nor should you have chairs on your roof. 

 

Yards must be reasonable and follow a common sense approach. If your yard is found to be unrealistic, poorly made, set outside of your area or otherwise of poor quality then it will be removed with NO refunds.
