I came back from AFK and it stated I was banned for weapon hacking. Bug? I have never hacked on this server before and I am new. This was not intentional as my character is level 2 and I know I need level 4 for a weapons license.

DM Personal comment Hello, I found someone who robbed me 20-30 mins ago(I got proof too) and I interacted with him by saying "You remember?" and I aimed a gun at him and he tried to evade and I shot him, he managed to evade. After less than 1 min I got banned for DM. I thought I could kill him if he trying to evade while I aiming at him but I'm new in the server, I did not know this wasn't allowed. I think I could get punished with a jail or a warning if I'm wrong with what I did. -

"Multi accounting" and ''Casino scam" Personal comment Dear staff members, First of all, i do not see any reason for me to get banned. I had created 3 accounts on this server. I started with mine. Then after my 2 little brothers got interested in the game and they wanted to join me too. As their accounts got made and when they were waiting to be accepted into the server, i had a talk with the admins(I do not recall their names) about it, asked if it was okay for them to play. They agreed at both accounts but warned me that if i did something like sending funds over to my account. I could get banned. I never sent anything over to my account. After a week or so my little brothers lost interest and that is the reason for the accounts inactivity. Then there is the Casino scam. I have never ever gambled in the casino. And i would never try to cheat on this. I kindly ask you to re-review the reasons for me getting banned and reconsider it. Thank you very much for reading. -

Entered a barricaded sit and aided the people inside. Personal comment First of all i think it’s a harsh punishment as i never committed such actions before. Secondly the rule of the barricaded situations shows that WE CAN NOT SHOOT AND AID SUSPECTS WHO ARE BARRICADED INSIDE. Tyche recorded the whole scenario if you see his clip, you would notice that PD did a perimeter to block temple/vinewood, not the Dillimore route, i took advantage of that weak perimeter to enter the house PLUS no one was watching the door. If what i did is against the rules then why in PD regulation there is a trespassing procedure where trespassers can be tased/beanbag’ed on sight???? If cops managed to take me in custody before running inside the property, would i have been dealt with IC or OOC. Finally i would like to mention that my intentions were not to break the rules, the actions i did were based on IC reaction that i had no intentions to take advantage on cops or to break the rules.

Ban Evading Personal comment So about like months ago, I got banned for multi-accounting and I hacked on it. Charlotte found me multi-accounting and banned me. Meanwhile I was waiting out for my ban My friends were making a group and since I was banned I couldn't do anything. Thats when me and my friend decided that I should make a new account and play on it. After a few days Charlotte came on and found me ban evading. I was banned for evading my ban And one thing I didn't know is ban evading is a permanent ban. After I was banned again for ban evading charlotte was banned for leaking out IRL information of a player. That's When I posted another ban appeal. Hoping to get unbanned, After a few days I was unbanned. The admin didn't know I ban evaded. After a few months charlotte got unbanned and when she did she banned me after finding out I'm unbanned. Please give me another chance I didn't mean to ban evade.

I only use ELM, some gta3.img replacements (3 cop car replace, road texture, radar map textures, weapons texture, and one skin replace on mafia skin), Gun sounds and vehicle sounds replacement, Some Weapon Aiming animations, and a timecyc replace.
