If you accusing me to hacking, I have fully permission to ask you about proofs. Show me the proofs where I used nospread and I PROMISE I FUCKING PROMISE I will never, NEVER appeal this ban and NEVER bother you guys anymore. Just replay the "proof" on this topic, and dont close, I will reply in 5-10 minute and if the proof will be false I will proof that it's false, and if it will be vaild proof I will just reply "apologize,close the topic". one more thing, I apologized pervious time,and apologizing again about my cocky behavior, I don't want to talk public about my psychical problems and if someone interested someone's can dms on discord and I'll explain all of my words. I said and will say again that Im grown up and if I'll be unbanned(in this centure) I won't say any single toxic words and won't let you guys down (I won't talk about hacks that I have respect of you guys and I never used hacks after I got unbanned when I was banned for aimbot,and when I got forced on CAC). you know,that's deep abhorrance and aggressive from the community to me, and all I do is "self defense", the reason of aggressive is unknowable and I have no idea. of course there are people who I respect and have friendship with them, like Amigo,Pablo,Frisk and more,I don't want to mention them, I never piss off people who is thin inside body and not tryna disrespect people over a game. Only thing which I ask is forgiveness from staff about my behavior, and not about cheats, cause you guys have to ask me forgiveness cause of accusing me to cheats for nothing but I don't want it from you,cause I'm not one who asks about forgiveness to non reason embittered crowd. I hope everyone understands me,how painful is to get banned from the server,where you spent 1 year to play,for get accused to the thing which you haven't done.

Nickname Personal comment Good evening, I am writing another appeal against my punishment, I was told to appeal after a week, but this is not a fair assessment. People who use illegal modifications can immediately return to the game, and I have to wait a week because I set the wrong nickname. It's not fair, I want to get back into the game, change my nickname and get fun from it. Below I submit an appeal, which was easily accepted, and the players did much worse things. I also ask that the appeal be checked by the person who did not give me this punishment, that he look at it from a different angle than the broadcaster, have a different view of the whole situation. I was not treated fairly by the server administration.

Returning after death several times - Trolling since "it's 4 am" Personal comment I was banned at 05:59 AM for returning after death and trolling since 4 AM. A group of angry mechanics was camping infront of PD, having shootouts with my fellow VTs. Every time I respawned, I got involved in a shootout with the same guy, that did not leave. If one of them died, he returned. After a while things calmed down and they returned surfing on a Harvester without opening fire. So I didnt open fire as well, as I every time acted in self defense. So I joined them surfing the Harvester. When we reached ASGH, I decided to stop this permanent ongoing rule breaking. So I drew my pepper spray and sprayed every one as long as necessary to force them off the Harvesters Roof. This resulted in me getting shot. As I respawned, I decided to check out, whats going on in the trash corner of the city, also known as GS9. I indeed met trash but also Dizzy. As Dizzy tryed to hug me, I drew my pepper spray on him in a defensive manner, to signalize him to back off from my personal space. This resulted in me getting shot from the same guys as X times before. As I got tired of the deathmatching random aiding guys and logged off, I got called back from Dizzy, because Miguel demanded my return in order to punish me. So I returned and got banned.

I was roaming at Gs9 and 2 cars of PD were speeding and they crashed at the monster truck. I wasn't cliccking any key on my keyboard. Then i continued on my way, i went near Idle Pns and Larry came, exploded the monster truck mid sit and banned me. I rammed sometimes but this time i was innocent because they did all themselves. I don't have any warns or punishements for ramming, only 1 a-jail. (the 2 wheels behind make cars flip if you are frozen and others go near or under them) -

It’s not easy to apologize. I hope you see my apology comes both from the heart and brain. And I hope you guys forgive me for what I've done in the past. It's been nearly a year now since I've started this journey on Valrise. Sometimes I had few warnings from admins but I'm sure they were small mistakes. I've never ever get banned so it's my first time and you guys can't know how I regret. I just don't want to end my journey right now by this mistake that was made by me. Again, I'm really sorry for what I've done and I can promise that I will never ever do it again. I think everyone deserves a second chance but it is what it is, so the decision is yours guys. I just don't want to leave the server like that. Sorry for everything. Stay safe.

I wrote with Larry on /walkie talkie about my nickname, he told me to change it because I had a "Wladymir_Putin". I changed it to the current one, but I didn't know it would be bad either, because I didn't understand Larry. I would like to ask for a chance and return to the server. After entering, I will change the nickname and try not to make this mistake again. During my game, I didn't get many penalties, I went in to enjoy the game and have fun. Script abuse - abusing pns Personal comment Hey anonymous,i dont know what to say it was messy sit your VT shoots my car and damages it for no reason. im just a rookie and i didnt know that is script abuse by using pns ,my intention was to repair the car. And the reason why i did that is : when i used my first pns cops came and blocked the exits while i was still inside the pns and they started picklocking my car and damaging it by ram,so i used the pns to rapair it , i would have taken the admin jail or warn or temp ban,i dont wanna be on permanent cuz of the thing i didnt know....and it happened cuz the cops - how is it fair when iam inside pns chilling and repairing my car and all cops come from near pd at idle pns and block the exits and starts damaging my car when i teleport out of pns.....that made use pns , by the way i wont repeat that pns abuse cuz i know this time that it is a abuse. [ I request for checking my logs ,that VT Dmed me by shooting my car and he shot me too without any reason infront of new idle pd near pns ,which will cleary explain the sit]

No recoil Personal comment Greetings,I heard some of stories which made me confused, the guy called James got banned from this server and the reason was "Ban Evading Tony Escobar". Im here for tell you guys something and apologize cause of my past behavior. First of all,the James guy was George Mkhedrion, my In Real Life friend, we used to play together before I get banned, we made Mkhedrion crew 8 months ago, the James guy was in the crew too but he changed name smh, we were 7 guy in the crew, I have no idea why you expected that he was ban evader as I'm sure he was using his main,non VPS IP adress. anyways it was not me and I hope that wouldn't ruin my appeal chances(He is my irl friend and that's how I get notified about this all). if you guys still don't belive that it was not me, check the logs of Tony Mkhedrion, check with who I was roaming around and you will see, George Mkhedrion, AND if you think he is not James, check pervious names, he renamed his name from George Mkhedrion. I'm banned since 9 motnth,Thats more than half year, my behavior is clearly changed and improved in the good case. After 9 months Im still sayin' that I have not used the nospread or norecoil by force and I literally had no idea if there was any type of norecoil inside my GTA ( as it was not clearly named file,like Nospread.cs,Norecoil.cs or any other obvious name of file which tells you thats a cheat). I guess this sh1t was inside noshadow.asi or somewhere else where I had no idea(I have used the random 1MRP GTA and thats why I guess,these guys are full with stuff like that and I had NO IDEA). I am down to force me on the ANY powerfull,ANY NON-BYPASS-ed Anti Cheat(Btw I have no idea how to bypass that shit and Im not interested too) and I will use them, even it will be CAC or something EXE,ASI file, I don't care, I will use them all and prove that im legit. Btw even menu users are playing on Valrise and you guys don't do shit and you hunt to legit players cause they shoot good ?
