Illegal modifications Personal comment Hi, I was banned for using aimbot. It's been 2+ months since I got banned but my claim has still not changed. I never used aimbot and that's what I said back then. I would request anybody from management to review the proof(s) collected against me. Give me another chance and allow me to prove that I am not cheater. I really managed to save some great memories during my stay here at this server. Looking forward to getting a positive response this time. Thanks.

Illegal modification Personal comment Hi, since I had to leave that day, I wasn't able to post another unban appeal. First of all, I would like to say that I have travelled a long journey in this server just to create a solid reputation. I have been banned earlier too and it took two months for me to get unbanned. I got hired as a recruit journalist in WNC but again, it took me more than two months to become an official journalist. Later on, I was fortunate enough to get hired in Kaufman Cabs and Maldev Airlines as a taxi driver and as a pilot respectively. With this said, I further add that I am not a stupid to use hacks after getting hired into many groups / companies. I have even applied for helper's position. Furthermore, in this server, I only like to drive taxis and publish news. To be very honest, I don't like gang activities. Whenever I am alone, I tend to drive a taxi and work as an EMS. I mostly roam unarmed which literally shows that I have no interest in fighting and killing others. Whenever we are in a turf, I am the first one to get killed most of the times. However, by stating all this, I don't mean that I am a noob and don't know how to fight. I have been playing on DM servers since past 6 years and know very well the tactics to kill others. Once again, I request that the proofs be reviewed again and let me play. I don't want to leave this great server. On a lighter note, I came from Hostel today just to make this unban appeal. @AIMknows. Just so I don't get kicked out of any group, I requested every leader to allow me to play only on weekends. Over the past few days, I was thinking that how lucky I am to get myself into such groups that are mostly owned by admins. For example, Wnc is owned by Sean, Kaufman by Marko and tkgs by Hirose and James but then on Sunday, I get banned. I don't want to lose my reputation in this server. These are all the facts to support my unban appeal but if you still need screenshots, I will post them but at least give me a ray of hope that if I post them, you will proceed in unbanning me. As far as screenshots of previous unban appeal are concerned, I posted them because I was using the same GTA that day too and in order to save time, I posted the ones of my "Ban evading" unban appeal. 23rd February' 2022 Michael Jones Appointed as the New Secretary Of The State At 14:00 CET, interviews for the post of "Secretary of the state" were held at Los Santos City Hall on 21st February' 2022 by the Governor Tyche BlackFyre. Initially, four to five people came for the interview. They all were called inside by the governor for the interview to be conducted in order to save time. Later, the governor said that the interviews of the remaining applicants will be conducted online ((discord)). As per our sources, out of the seven people who applied for the post, Micheal Jones was the one who made it successfully. While speaking to the governor regarding the selection criteria, he said that anybody with proficient English skills and more social media ((forums)) activity will be chosen over other candidates. While the interview was going on, an unknown man started a chaos outside the governor's office by hitting two candidates who were waiting for their turn with his fist. He was later taken down by one of the candidates. Later on, paramedics told that the man was mentally ill. FBI agents arrived at the scene and told the people present inside the city hall that the issue is very sensitive and that they should have informed the police on time. ((The man was a dm'er)). Secretary's first appearance on Television ((news)) On 22nd February' 2022, secretary's first interview was conducted at the Los Santos City Hall by one of our official journalists Davis Ozaki. According to him ,the primary purpose of the interview was to tell people regarding the main purpose of the secretary of the state and how will he (secretary) run the current system of the state. Secretary Michael Jones started his journey as a volunteer trooper in the SAPD. It was his first time applying for this post. He said that he is fortunate enough to get selected as the competition was very tough and just because he told everything to the ones taking the interview, he managed to make it. According to Michael Jones, his primary duties are to provide funds to companies including Fish, Ores as well as Trading. Furthermore, he assured his citizens that he will do anything to provide comfort to them. When asked about the departments, he claimed that the departments including SAPD and SAFD are doing a great job. During the interview, a person shared a concern regarding SAPD. The caller said that how can the secretary say they are doing a great job whereas they are doing nothing for the people. In reply to that, the secretary again said that they are doing a great job and he will further improve the system. According to Michael Jones, criminal groups like TKGS and VCS cannot affect his job and it's the job of law enforcement agencies to deal with them. I am ready to get banned if you find any such “Serial changer” file once I get unbanned. Extremely happy to hear that you are willing to unban me

First of all, nobody gave me an official permission to play here. It all happened when Matthew Carter took an interview of me and asked me that why am I ban evading? I then relogged and Matthew didn't ban me thereafter, proving that he had no problems with me. Secondly, that wrong ID situation has nothing to do with this unban appeal, I just shared it for the sake of knowledge so "Gambino" family's reputation doesn't get affected. Lastly, I would say that I am not using any VPN, Serial Changer or any other tool to mask my identity and I am ready to prove it. There is no need for me to hide my identity.

Ban Evading Personal comment First of all, sorry for posting this unban appeal after 2 weeks of getting banned. I was having exams and therefore, I didn't get enough time to post an unban appeal earlier. I don't know why I got banned for "Ban Evading" as this is my first time playing on this server. Let me tell you an interesting story, the day I registered, I was just learning about this server when I received an invitation from Gambino Family (maybe wrong ID invitation), I immediately accepted it and changed my name. From that day onwards, I started learning about how "group system" works here. I figured out how turfs work, how to make quick bucks and most importantly, how to be an important member of your group / family. One more interesting event I'd like to share, Matthew Carter was conducting interviews for Governor's post and when I went inside to give an interview, he asked me that why am I evading my ban and thereafter, told me to relog. I did so and the interview was conducted, which means that Matthew Carter had allowed me to play. It might be some sort of mis-understanding by the admin. I have really worked hard to earn a good reputation in this server and am absolutely not in a mood to get myself banned over a "false" reason.
