Hello… so i was knocked and got cuffed at the same time when ems guy revived me I wasn’t cuffed and i ran away with bike but I didn’t not use any bug or glitch to bypass the cuffed actually the officers didn’t even cuffed me in first place because he shot me and i got knocked so how he cuffed me and i play mostly on mob and have a clean record of gameplay
