Advertising Personal comment Evening gentlemen and valrise community, i would like to start of by saying that: the ''advertise'' was a simple joke and what ever i said in my previous serious appeal was NOT broken. I never doxxed anyone, never cheated and never abused. What ever i said was never broken, the only reason that i got banned was because of that small advertisement which i do not even play in that server mentioned. I do infact apologize and feel sorry for my recent behavior, most importantly i never trolled ever since that first serious ban appeal and i would like to have 1 last and SERIOUS chance to play in this server. I swear that this time i will RP and not cause DM sits, my punishment history was clean before i got banned, and i admit i wanted to make 1-2 simple jokes including my advertisement i had good relations with admins including players during my time in valrise. I am one of the CSM members that never really cared about others and had respect for IRL pictures and personal lives. Everything about me was clean the only reason for me to have bad reputation was because of joking/trolling most of the time and i do infact admit that i am sorry and i will never cause problems neither troll neither DM randomly. I would like to have one last and final chance to play in this server. And once again i apologize for the trolling, this thing will never repeat. Thanks.

At 6/2/2023 my PC was hacked, by some random Eix keyloggers i believe so, i was having a smoke outside due to the fact i was jailed for 30 minutes by a cop. Soon as i come back my PC was under control by some random users from other device. Fortunately or Unfortunately i managed to take FULL control once i plugged the wifi net out of my pc. Which in results the users lost full access, biggest problem is they managed to hack every other account i was previously using on this PC. So if anyone got DM'd on discord or anywhere else it was NOT me. I do of course claim infact responsobility of this as if it was my OWN fault for believing some random strangers in Discord. I clicked a link that got sent to me by one of the keyloggers. Soon as i entered my password and name on Valrise i had realized i got banned, took me a while to recover almost everything such as my Discord account especially. The first thing i did was not to bother the staff personally or DM them, first thing i did was write an appeal as soon as i managed to recover almost everything. So i am sorry if anyone got involved or was a victim under my hacked account. I apologize to everyone. It in fact took me atleast some time to recover my accounts, some friends from CSM group also DM'd me in instagram that they were getting some random links in the group. Luckily they did not click anything, i don't really have alot of proof to send to the Valrise managers but i will try my best to prove my innocence. The server name mentioned was NOT by me, i do not even play in this server, i only logged a few times aswell but nothing much. This is all i have to say, soon as a manager or someone respond to this appeal i will make sure i'll try to explain everything since most of the DMs got removed from my Discord account. Thanks.

Personal comment We were on a robbing sit with a friend of mine, completely new SIT, as we about to rob he normally tries to escape and we gun him down. Then some 'swats' (probably an admin) just started shooting at us randomly ok well that wasnt a problem. As the dude says ''i cannot enjoy valrise because of this'' i simply respond in /B that we'll continue RPing and Robbing like we ''usually'' do. The admin misunderstood what i said once i said ''we will continue doing what we doing'' and decided to ban US for that exact reason. I literally didnt break any promise i said in my previous appeal. You cant just randomly ban someone for this reason, which to be precise this isnt what i even said. I clearly said ''we'll continue doing that'' i didnt even say what we'll continue doing specifically. The whole reason of why we got banned it's basically a misunderstanding and VERY wrong act. 2 Days after edit: This is very unprofessional in my personal opinion, due to the fact that: i am forced to wait to get a respond when it was all just a misunderstanding from the admin's perspective and also i did NOT even get contacted or asked about what specific thing i was ''SAYING'', problems and mistakes such as this should not be left alone for too much time or ignored.

Flooding chat Personal comment Hello i am back once again, given the fact that i didnt give a full explanation and apology. I came to try one final and last time a ban appeal, you can decline me again if you want it will be my last time. I just wanted to say that, after all these months that passed made me realize how much of an asshole i was. Towards people of the community and others... i want to personally and publicly apologize to my friend Benson, i've been a real bad guy and most of the time i was trolling, everything i said or did was only for trolling purpose or joking, i never really harmed anyone neither bullied no one i always considered people to be equal atleast on my own perspective. I am a completely changed and new man not like how i was 7 months ago. I want to say that i will never repeat the same mistakes, neither trolling neither being toxic towards anyone. If you please give a thought on giving me one last chance, if i repeat the same mistakes i did months ago you can ban me and never accept me back. I made this last appeal because i thought that my character was really wrong on my previous appeal and i realized that, you can decline if you want. Flooding chat Personal comment I dont exactly remember the exact date that i got banned, but it was most definitely 7-8 months ago. I was actually banned for flooding the chat in /B and i quit to avoid ''punishment'' the reason i did that was because i was mad cuz i was getting arrested by a dude that didnt know what was he doing. So as i was explaining to him that he has no reason to arrest me he just wouldnt listen, which led me to spamming and flooding the chat in result of me getting banned. Well after so much time passed and i got my driving license irl and i've been recently speaking with some of the friends i made in that server in discord. I came to think that since we getting a new year and i am a new man with completely new behavior and character i came to realize that this was the great opportunity to ask for a unban.
