A duo near Jefferson under the Idlewood bridge was caught on camera while they were in the process of the exchange of drugs and money. Police says, "We arrived at the scene as soon as it got reported. Our units were dispatched shortly before the situation took place around that area.". Both of the suspects were caught however their faces were censored on other media because of some unknown reasoning. The Police added, "The drugs of interest were blister packs of heroin, cocaine and LSD. However, when we inspected the suspects and their background, we found more than that. There was Marijuana and Meth (Methamphetamine), maybe even more. The charts were all over the place.". No doubt, arresting these dealers should put a big pause into the recent increase of these criminal activities around Los Santos after magnificent efforts by the Police and the Government included. Furthermore, the officials have said that they have arranged meetings to discuss some salient features of the recent up-thrust in criminal activities with the Chief of F.D and other departments. Strategies are being devised to counter the negativity arising in the state of San Andreas, and many measures of great lengths are being taken to fight back against this physical disease. Deadman's Night 16th February, 2021; Noman would get a call from Jeremy D'Arby (Ruby) at work. Jeremy would tell Noman to meet at some point outside of East Los Santos. Noman hopped into his Elegy, hit the gas pedal and drove away. He informed Mike shortly before of the situation, and said, "I'll keep you filled in on more information.". Upon meeting, Jeremy hopped into the car with Noman and the duo drove away. Jeremy said, "Noman. We have something to do today. We're picking up Gabriel for now, he's a friend of mine from work.". Noman thinks to himself, "What work? Killing people for money? These people are all rats.". "Go to the motel at Jefferson, he said he'll be present there." said Jeremy. Upon arriving, Gabriel took over 10 minutes to arrive which was filled with awkward silence inside the vehicle. Noman had nothing to say to Jeremy except for curse words. Gabriel hopped into the vehicle with a briefcase. Noman looked at the briefcase but looked away shortly after, since he was tired of the stuff he had to keep dealing with. He didn't care about any of the new "plans" or "events" the group had to make for him anymore. Jeremy said, "We're meeting up with the Morenos. It's the family of the Ernesto guy, that we had a deal with some time earlier. However, you might want to round up your Glock." They'd drive to some casino near the intersection point just outside of the county. The trio would leave the vehicle while Gabriel would be carrying the briefcase. They'd walk in, and to their surprise, it was filled with guards. Although, they came prepared for it, with their guns holstered and properly hidden. They walked up to the first floor and entered the room with the Morenos inside of it. "Look whose here. I haven't repaid you for that scar, Ruby." Carlos Moreno said to Jeremy. Noman was sure at this point that Jeremy's real name was Ruby. Jeremy said, "Talk business, not trash, like you normally do.". Ernesto would eye Noman and wink at him with an ugly smile. Noman would show his middle finger to the guy, but he decided not to. "Where's the crates, you on some new scheme, Moreno?" Jeremy said to Carlos. There was an awkward silence in the room for a bit while Carlos lit his cigarette, then resumed to say, "Money first.". Jeremy grabbed the briefcase from Gabriel and opened it. A stash of money was visible inside, that was validated by Carlos over the table in roughly 5 minutes through some protocol. Jeremy said, "So? Where's the crates?". Carlos sighed deeply, then he said, "You know. There was a young man, who inspired to become an athlete at some point in life. He was ambitious, his parents cared for him.". He stood up from his chair and walked around the room, he continued speaking. "He went to school one day, and when he came back, his parents were shot dead. They were tipped onto the ground like coins. There was blood everywhere. The boy spent years researching who was behind this. And now, he knows what happened.". Carlos would look into Jeremy's eyes, while Ernesto would signal the guards to get ready. Gabriel understood something was up, so he grabbed his gun however, he didn't pull it out just yet - waiting for the climax. Carlos screamed "It is all your fault, you dirty Valentinos!". Jeremy quickly pulled out his gun, at the speed that looked like light, and aimed it at Carlos. Right before firing, he sighed and said, "Deadman's Night. No future exists for people like us.". Gabriel un-holstered his gun and shot the guards while Ernesto escaped from the room while screaming for his father. Noman took cover and grabbed his Glock. He looked at Jeremy, who was looking towards the roof with his cigarette. "Get down, Jeremy!" Noman said to him. Jeremy was shot by one of the guards, it was fatal. He fell onto the ground and looked at Noman. "246 W, Nancy Road, Vinewood. That's where your tape is. Tel- tell.. tell Robert I didn't let him down." Jeremy said these few words before dying. Noman looked at Jeremy and looked away. He went back to his cover and looked at Gabriel. He had two choices, one was to ditch Gabriel and look for an escape route, or clear the wing with Gabriel which was little to not possible. Gabriel looked at Noman and said, "What are you doing?! I know a way out of here, this is our old building! Follow me!". Noman wanted to live, despite what he saw earlier. The death of Jeremy D'Arby, or Ruby Valentino looked to him as a shining ray of light, but some part of his body denied it and thought that it was darkness. He didn't want Jeremy to die, but it ended the way it ended. "Let's go, Gabriel.". Noman grabbed his Glock and picked up Jeremy's Revolver. He'd reload both of them and walk out of the room with a madman's vision in his eyes.

An Auction was held in the city of Los Santos, right outside of the City Hall. The Governor and the government officials were present there; which included the state secretary, treasurer, press secretary etc. The vehicles included in this auction were sold after interesting amounts of offers by the bidders. The Auctioneer was the state treasurer, Vincenzo Veratti. The vehicles were successfully sold except for the Buffalo, which met the face of a fake bidder - who was later punished. The sales were as follows:- Buffalo - NOT SOLD Fake Bid Call. Maverick - $4,700,000 Sandking - $1,520,000 However, halfway through the auction there was yet another crossfire by some un-identified shooter from far away, most likely using a rifle or a sniper. The Governor and Vice Governor hid themselves inside the hall protected by S.W.A.T while P.D and the rest of the S.W.A.T looked for the assaulter. The bidding re-continued shortly after, and the cars were successfully sold. The money made from this auction has been promised to go into good use for the sake of the state and welfare of its citizens. Into the Den 14th February, 2021; Noman stood up the whole night looking for company. His nights, his sleeps were ruined over a car dealership. As soon as it was morning, Noman got ready for work with eyebags and a worn out face. He grabbed his camera and hopped into his Elegy. He'd made sure earlier that he emptied it of all the drugs and stuff. He made his way to S.A.N Headquarters and did what he did everyday. James walked up to him and realized something was wrong, because Noman hadn't been looking as cheerful as he always did, ever since they were kids to now, when one of them walked into a mousetrap. "What's wrong, sunshine?" James says to Noman on his desk. Noman replies with, "Hey. Well, nothing really.". He'd give off a long sigh afterwards and look at James. James would say, "If nothing was wrong, then your face wouldn't look like you woke up from a coffin from underwater. Did you get yourself into something wrong? I can tell.". Noman tells James about everything he got himself into and how it's all been working out. James looked at Noman and said, "Hey mate, that's really messed up. Are you even doing good?". Noman exclaimed, "Well, apart from not sleeping every night with a Glock in my hand, I've been kicking it.". James would tap Noman's shoulder and tell him something - "Worry not, hop into my car. I've got a plan.". Noman would look surprised and have a glimmer of hope in his eyes. He'd follow and hop into James' vehicle and the duo would proceed to go somewhere. Along the way, James would tell him of his old friend, Mike. "Mike is an old friend of mine, he's some Senior Inspector or something at the Police. Telling him could resolve this.". Noman would look at James with huge eyes and say, "If they hear of this, they'll kill me!". "Don't worry, we're going to his alternative office at East Los Santos, no one will be there." says James. The duo would reach the place and hop out of their vehicles, proceed to approach the office's door and enter. Mike would be sitting on his chair with a newspaper in his hand. He'd be smoking something, and be wearing a red ring on his finger. James would sit down next to Mike. They both hadn't seen each other since a long, long time. "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, does it?" says Mike. "Hahaha, you never change." James would let a little laugh out. Mike would look at Noman and listen to his story after an introduction by James. After the trio were finished with the incident, Mike looked surprised. He seemed as if he had heard the name Ruby somewhere before. "Did you call him Ruby?" Mike questions Noman. He'd reply, "Yeah, that's his real name, although he used an alias when he met me. I managed to eavesdrop into his conversation with some other guy.". "I think I have heard of this name before, I might have a lead or two over this dude. And the other one was Robert? That's most likely an alias as well." Mike says with a pause. Noman looks at Mike, his eyes would be shining at this point. "Can you really resolve my issue? I came here from a little county on the outskirts of San Andreas, I never knew I'd get myself into this mess over a damn car!" Noman would say with force into his chords. Mike would relax Noman and say, "Worry not, James is my old friend, and I owe him. I will never let you down for his sake. For now, go and rest, do what they tell you to. Leave this to me for some time.". Noman says, "Yeah, that's assuming they don't kill me before this ends.".

The Inauguration for the S.W.A.T Team was held yesterday by Vice Governor Ronnie Martino. The location of this establishment is disclosed and the picture was manipulated under the supervision of the Press Secretary ((It would look different ICly)). The government officials had a brief meeting with S.W.A.T beforehand. This is a huge advancement in tackling the crime rate that has been rising recently throughout the State of San Andreas, and possibly the first best step under new Governor Sam Woods. "We have invested a lot into this project, and hopefully we will see a better future for the state." - Governor Sam Woods. Here are a few things the government has done for the S.W.A.T Team:- Strengthened their ranchers and premiers to higher health. Removed vehicles that are not being used. Given them a beautifully remodeled base, where training grounds are present. The need to go to K.A.C.C has been removed. Salary Systems for team leaders of S.W.A.T for training sessions, same like in S.A.P.D. We have great expectations for S.W.A.T, as this faction has been asked for and needed since a long time. The heresy increases day by day, and must be put to a stop by these advanced forces. The requests of the citizens and their needs were listened to by the Press and conveyed to the officials. The Governor, along with the secretaries have planned out future programs for the sake of the nation, and we're seeing good outcome of their effort. The inauguration of the new Governor elect, Sam Woods, was raided by unknown people. He was in the middle of his speech when the firing started, although he left the scene, S.W.A.T and S.A.P.D were in a chaotic shootout. The civilians had ducked down and waited for the crisis to get over with - although, the fight had continued for a while. Before the interruption, new Governor elect, Sam Woods' words were as follows:- "Greetings, the great citizens of San Andreas. Finally, the day is here, the change is here. You made the right decision. You gave me this chance, and I promise you that I won't let you down. I will make every bit of this opportunity worth it. I am the representative of your thoughts, your ideologies and your ambitions. I know how you want this state to be, and I promise you that I will make that happen. I hope you are following my vision of where I am leading this State towards. After all, I will be making the State of San Andreas the best version of itself! All my future plans, which I have planned, will be formally drafted as soon as the inauguration is completed. With this, I thank every citizen of San Andreas, for having belief in me and faith in me! Thank you!" Although, as soon as the Oath had started, the firing had begun. Setting aside this incident, the State of San Andreas has great expectations of newly elected Governor Sam Woods, and hope that he will bring reforms and improvements, like the previous Governor Declan Kavanagh. The Tiger Strikes Back 7th February, 2021 Noman hid behind a wall with his Glock in hand for any company. Though Noman had never used a gun before, he wanted to get rid of this organization trapping him so he'd go to any measures to fight for himself. Jeremy grabbed his cellphone and dialed someone who seemed to be named Gabriel Crueno. For some reason, Jeremy had the call on loud-speaker. Noman thought that Jeremy had some listening problems, because this wasn't the first time something similar to this was happening. He asked him when he's arriving after which he said he's almost there. He arrived in a black Mazda RX-8. Jeremy hopped into the vehicle and the duo left shortly after. Gabriel called Jeremy "Ruby", which made Noman think that maybe the name given to him was false. Noman hopped into his Elegy and pursued the duo were carefully and calmly. One wrong move could mean his death. He tailed the duo for a while. Jeremy could be seen talking to someone inside the car from outside, it could have been anyone from where they were heading to. Noman was breathing heavily although he was determined and kept following them. They reached their destination in a few seconds when both of them hopped out of the vehicle. The place seemed to be crowdy, but not too crowdy. They stepped into a Mansion in Richman, which had seemed to be very decorated and interesting. Noman jumped over some of the leaves and crawled towards an open hole in the wall besides a window. The window had seemed to be shadowed within curtains, though he could hear from the hole. Jeremy was told that Robert isn't here. He'd gone to do something at Ocean Docks near Willowfield. This gave Noman a clue of their line of work. However, that wasn't all Jeremy, or better yet, Ruby, had said. Ruby said that Noman had been acting very ignorant or evasive. If nothing was done to control him, things could have gone out of hand. Noman could be seen breathing very hardly at this point, his heart was pounding with fear. Gabriel said Ruby to kill Noman without a care in the world, although Ruby said he doesn't want to kill Noman just yet, because he'd taken a liking to him. However, Ruby further continued, "Although, if he were to do something stupid, keeping him from the heavens is only my gun.". Gabriel had ended their conversation by calling Jeremy Ruby once again. This made Noman sure of his real name, however, at the time Noman was feeling influenced and trapped. He quickly jumped over the fence and escaped into his Elegy. He made his way back to his home, and locked the doors. He hopped into his bed with his blanket over and grabbed his head; pulling his own hair hardly. He began to think his life, everything he made and whatever he had in mind for the future had been over. Keeping Noman from suicide and depression now was nothing except for .. one thing, or a person?

A Chaotic Exchange 6th February, 2021 Jeremy approached Noman next morning after Noman dropped him off at a payphone. He seemed to have something in mind. Noman asked him a question that could have possibly pissed him off - "When will you and your little gang let me go?". Jeremy replied, "Let me tell you something. We are not little, and we are not a gang. We do not wish to harm you, although if you get in our way of doing things, we will have to go to some measures that you would not love to partake in." Jeremy gave a gaze to Noman that made him not look into Jeremy's eyes for the next hour. Noman hit the gas pedal and drove off as Jeremy had told him he'll explain the details to him along the way. Jeremy began by saying, "We'll make use of our drugs today. You surely don't want to inject or sniff this shit, do you?". Noman replied, "Hell no, and I won't do that even if you force me to.". Jeremy lets a little laugh out and says, "I've previously said this, but I do not wish to harm you, anyways, enough of this little drama. We've got a plan today. My higher-ups have told me to make use of our drugs and sell them to a mafia that works around the town in the shadows. The money involved is decent, or you could say, and overpay.". Noman doesn't seem interested, though he wants to get over with it. "The point of this deal is at an abandoned warehouse about forty miles from Los Santos, it's around Flint County." Jeremy continues. Noman drives to the location as signaled by Jeremy. After approaching the location, they come across a single person in black who called himself Ernesto Moreno. Ernesto would give the duo a wretched smile. Noman unzips the backpack after getting a signal from Jeremy and takes out the blister packs and verifies them with Ernesto. He'd give the gaze of a cruel serial killer, although - he'd seem as stupid as a human laying eggs. Ernesto would move forward and open his briefcase and show the duo the money. After Jeremy takes a good look at it, he tells Noman to hand the money over. After doing so, the duo hop into their car and leave the building. Ernesto along the deal made some petty jokes showing that he did not care about the deal. Upon leaving, Ernesto could be seen on a phone call. Noman thought this was a bad signal, so he shared it with Jeremy. Jeremy continued calmly and said, "Worry not. We have men over at his mansion. If these idiots do something wrong, we need to make one phone call.". As soon as he said this, his phone rang and he talked with a random stranger. The stranger said his men had been wiped out and warned him to not mess with the Morenos. The call had been shut off before Jeremy could continue to prove his dominance. Although he continued, "Well, if our men have been wiped out - then we have nothing to fall over if something bad were to happen right now.". Noman said, "If we get cornered right now, we'll lose our money and possibly be killed. What the fuck is wrong with you and this Robert dude?". Jeremy hands Noman over a reloaded Glock and says, "No one has a future without a fight.". Noman would make the craziest face he made ever since he was pushed out of his mother's womb. He'd say, "Man, if anything, I'd love to shoot this Glock into your skull right now.". Jeremy would give a little smile and say, "Focus on the road, we got stuff to take care of.". Noman would take a few shortcuts and turns from small alleyways to reach his destination without company. In the end, they'd reach the same payphone Noman dropped Jeremy off last time. He'd drop him off once again and leave. Although, this time around, Noman did not leave. He seemed very curious of Jeremy's background and the whereabouts of this Robert dude so that he could talk to him.

A new governor has been chosen to succeed Ex-Governor and the Founder of S.A.N News, Declan Kavanagh. Sam Woods resides within the Democratic party. Ex-Governor Declan Kavanagh presented a speech thanking everyone who had helped him during his reign by doing something as small as voting for him. Here are a few points of the accomplishments of his era:- Assigning a new Chief of Fire. Successfully fighting COVID-19 and vaccinating majority of the population. Constructing Ganton's Eden, interiors/exteriors for LSCH, LSPD, LSFD, ASGH, and other Idlewood projects. Shutting down a terrorist group known as Flint County Rebels. Signing a funding agreement with S.A.P.D Academy for millions per month. Implementing State Business Support Fund once again. Establishing Police Incentive Program. And many more. No doubt, Ex-Governor Declan Kavanagh's era was a beautiful one where the state of San Andreas made many advancements in all sorts of fields. He ends his speech by saying he wishes the best of luck to new Governor Sam Woods and his office will be present to assist Mister Woods whenever required. Walking into the Trap 5th February, 2021 In a clear morning, Noman gets a call minutes after getting ready for work. The person dialing him called himself Robert. He told him he wanted to see him for an unknown reason. Noman found this shady so he decided not to talk to the person and hung up. He hopped into his Elegy and drove to S.A.N News Headquarters. To his surprise, he found someone named Jeremy standing besides the wall. He called himself Jeremy D'Arby. He approached Noman and said, "Robert has sent me to talk to you. We know much about you." Noman, very surprisingly begins to wonder what's going on; though Jeremy seems to not care. He says, "The vehicle that you've bought had packets of Cocaine and LSD thrown into it all over. Have you cared to check it ever since you've bought it?". Noman began to look shocked. He said, "I only bought it yesterday, I haven't done anything wrong. Please believe me.". Jeremy told him that he had two choices; one was to join them in their illegal business of smuggling, producing drugs - or they'd send footage of his deal to the police. Having no choice, Noman had to say yes at all cost for saying no could ruin his life and all he's made so far. He says, "Who is Robert?". Jeremy would clear his throat with a rough Hmm and say, "You don't have to know about that.". Noman calls the day off for work and hops into his car alongside Jeremy. They'd go to a shack, north of Jefferson. Jeremy said along the ride, "I have no intention of harming you, but instead, I wish to become friends with you.". Noman thought to himself, "What kind of stupid cunt would make someone do shit like this and want to become friends with him afterwards?". Although, Noman says "Sure." thinking that would get him out of this trouble, and pretends to be friends with Jeremy. They approach the Shack and hop out of his vehicle. On the way to the Shack, they heard a police siren; so they had to extra careful. Noman ran into the Shack and approached the setup of production of drugs. The Shack looked like it had been used for ages. Noman stirred the bowl after adding in a gram of water, acetone, sodium and calcium simultaneously with care to prepare a batch of Heroin. Jeremy was looking for company out of the Shack. When Noman was done, they ran away from the Shack as quick as possible. Jeremy laughed along the ride although Noman seemed pissed.

An automated alert came from the government's headquarters that alarmed the population of a Rocket Launch failure! The trajectory of this rocket was thought to be hitting Idlewood, and after about 2 minutes it quickly showered into the road. The San Andreas Fire & Medical Department, and the Police Department was informed and prepared for this strike. They were visibly present at the scene shortly after. Trees were cut and devastated, it was easy to see that houses had been broken and mirrors were shattered. In the terms of a civilian present nearby, "It was crisis.". The police said, "There is no visible casualty or injury, although, there might be some corpses buried below the dirt." The medical department was doing their best to save any possible lives while there were roadblocks and fences around the place to prevent civilians from entering the restricted room. Very proudly, only the S.A.N News reporter was present there. This disaster has proven itself to be of great threat with minimal survival chances of nearby civilians. Yet again, a shoot out has been reported near Pershing Square besides Commerce at Idlewood. Medical Operator says "Four dead bodies were present there, or literally all of them died.". There's been a rise in criminal activities in the recent days. The police had set up barriers and roadblocks yesterday to fight the crime and strengthen the defense of Idlewood, however it seems its been removed today. The Medical Operator continued to say "The assault was between the Groves and Ballas, or maybe it was the Montanas." Although we believe there were potentially more people involved, considering the amount of vehicles and uproar. A few of the police officers say they've no idea of the shoot out when interviewed by our team, so it's likely this cross-fire was planned beforehand by the parties involved. Elegy, A Piece Of Beauty 4th February, 2021; Noman woke up to a peaceful morning, except for the dog in his neighborhood barking for hours simultaneously for an unknown reason. Preparing for work, he left his home and arrived at S.A.N News Headquarters. He had his identification card and camera visible, with a weapon gifted to him by one of his friends for self defense considering his line of duty. After a few words with the other employees, he left on the Van and strolled around town in hope for a shred of information for the media. However, despite wavering around for hours, nothing flashy had happened. Instead, Noman went back to his home and used a cab to go to the bank. He withdrew a lot of money, and hopped back into the cab and made his way to Coutt and Schutz Dealership in Jefferson. Arriving there, he met with the dealership owner and browsed through the list of vehicles available. He went for a tuner considering his taste in such cars and bought Elegy. After that, he fine-tuned his vehicle until it was absolutely among his liking, and then rocked the old-school style. He left on his car and drifted around town for a solid hour, which felt great.
