I understand that the situation with the policeman was the reason for my ban. While I stand by my actions, I acknowledge that I broke the rules and I apologize for that. Non RP HQ Robbery Personal comment Sorry, I didn't know much of the rp rules- But I saw the group hq raid topic, what I understood by Devitt's post is that 'Raiding is when we being a group robbing a rival's storage with roleplay plannings and it can be done despite the lackings of a person in the victim's group leadership cause a senior admin would load the items for them' In my case, I'm extremely sorry if I didn't get the exact rules but still 'Me, Frisk Alaric was a r99 in yakuza from the beginning, he misbehaved with my crew members, so I being a leader loaded some sniper/m4 cases from their hq and left the group with my buddies thats all'. We also sort of did a little roleplay, like informing ECR leader through sms of us stealing the stuffs then baiting them to Roleplay scenario at a different place in the same time where we wiped them all with a good rp interaction. At least there was no report of the interaction being dm'ed and even yakuza would admit it was really good planned, like with a single 'cough' of charlie we switched sides and 10 ECR members rushed in. Thus My opinion, I am sorry even if my 'simple stealing of some sniper cases being a leader with perm' was ever directed to 'Hey! I raided an entire hq all alone', which I admit would be a rulebreak since a senior admin's observation or group council's approval would have been a must in that case. Also, I saw VCS getting scammed the same way twice, one guy comes, stays 2 months, gets hq access, steals 20-30 sniper cases then dips. Hell ! even dizzy there during the war said, he would have let Roberto have the cases stolen from BV if it wasn't jonito playing on his account. I am extremely sorry again, I would gladly admit my faults if I am shown what would have been right here. Also, I learned from my mistakes.

Alright, here's the story: I was thinking about the gun system of the server for days, I realised there's a system where I can actually infiltrate. I found it really simple and cheap and started using it for days. It was also halloween so I was gathering the rare guns by pumpkins and duplicating them(Only SPAS12 tbh). I don't wanna explain more of the glitch as others can also make it easily if they realise how. (If you want more details, I can help/explain on DMs.) Yeah, It was an unfair and fucked up move for me and the sake of other players. I knew this would happen, even though I couldn't stop myself from doing it. I'm sorry for what I've done once again. I'd like to continue my adventure as I was having much fun. I'm never gonna do something like that once again. The final decision is yours.

A lot of time passed since my ban and i want to apologise rulebrake i have done. I remember when i dmed the swat at the city hall. I read the rules and i understood what i had done. It was my mistake. So i have changed since that day that i got banned. As you can see my English language has gotten better and better. I want you to feel me how i love valrise and the valrise community and unban me as soon as you can. You can unban me right now or in some days or in a week. I just want you to understand that i have changed a lot since you banned me. Also, i heard that valrise has changed. Or its still changing. It turns in to a roleplay server. I was playing some other servers since i got banned and i know more roleplay that i used to know. You can say that i knew a little rp back in the days but my english language wasnt letting me to show it to the community. That's why my group vagos wasnt getting scripted. But also i cant wait untill September. Like when it was when i got banned? Lot of days ago right? Im saying it again Cuahtemoc is not the same anymore. He is coming for more roleplay and more fire things in the server. Something that i heard too is that more people got unbaned who had done things worse than the dm that i had done to the swat at the city hall. They got unbanned so why not giving a chance to me.. In my opinion its not a big thing that i dmed the swat team but yea i can say that it wasnt a small dm. In that days i was really roaming around ls and looking anyone to talk shit to him and dm him. But everything changed since that day. Lot of days passed since that day. Anyways. I feel that i have written everything that its enought to get unbanned. My bad about the deathmaches that i have done before the ban too. Happy new year to all of you. And also my bad for not being that patient for my unban. But you have to feel me. Okay dont unban me for 1 week or 5 or even one month but... Until September is too much...
