Personal comment Hello, I'm ashamed to be banned like this after being a staff team for like a week, I respect and understand your decision, and take full responsibility for it, I won't blame no one someone asked me to help them start their own server which i didn't even play in yet neither wanted any position in it so i posted it in two groups i owned which are Ceres and TCC discord i thought it will be okay since it's not Valrise discord but apparently i should have asked my senior staff before doing that, which was my biggest mistake, thank you everyone for this lesson and i'll make sure this will never happen again, I'm not in a position to ask for anything now but please do not punish the groups for their leaders slip, I was banned mid RP sit and I'm so happy to see how my members has grown from newbies/DMers to RPers striving for the RP group status, to finish my appeal it's only reasonable to say i am sorry about this slip i made, cordially Roy Carlton. EDIT: worth to mention, I deleted all traces of the advertisements and informed all people influenced by me to avoid it, I'm working on a bot to delete all links in the future.

BEFORE READING The story is yet to be updated and more easy for reading soon. The story will be divided in parts. Introduction Lequan Willis is a youngster from The Great Britain, from a town called Birmingham. Early days As a kid, Lequan had a tough childhood and all of that started since he was a 5 year old, when his parents divorced. He ran away from the house where he was supposed to live with his father and he started asking people for money and that's how he was surviving cold nights in Birmingham. Teenager at his best When he grew up, asking people for money got tougher and tougher, people didn't want to give away money to some teenager, so he changed his lifestyle. People didn't see the poor teenager laying on the street asking for money but what they did saw is a teenager in expensive hoodies, trousers and sneakers. He started robbing small 9 till 5s and pharmacies where he earned some good amount of money with what he could live with. First tension Lequan did rob the stores but never shot with a gun. There was an alley where you could get anything, from drugs to guns, he bought a 9mm for few hundred dollars and quite alot of ammo, it was just in case something happens. One day, he comes into the store as he starts taking stuff and hiding it in his backpack, the worker saw him and he withdrew a shotgun, Lequan was scared for his life as he, fast as a Leopard, took out his pistol and shot the worker straight at head, the pressure on Lequan kept raising, he didn't know what to do but the instinct of the criminal led him to the cash register where he took out impressive money as he shot the cameras and ran away. Big deal After the incident, most stores added secured cameras inside and outside also with guards around. Lequan couldn't earn money easily anymore without his life encountering danger. A local gang in Birmingham called out to Lequan to work for them in their drug deals which, Lequan of course accepted. Few deals went good, Lequan earned really good amount of money but of course nothing like that lasts long, a deal failed, Lequan was lucky getting his body as a whole there. The gang immediately reached out to Lequan which afterwards threatened him to get their money back or he'll get killed. He had no other choice but to earn the money which was kind of impossible because his time was limited. New life The money he had was used to move out from Birmingham, he wanted to visit his old friends which left UK long time ago, so he boarded on the plane and lef tfor United States of America. He was going to a huge state called San Andreas and the town he'll be living in is Los Santos. Once he came to Los Santos, his friend Siyad was waiting for him at the parking. They were talking and Lequan is starting a new life. To be continued, in more posts.

Non RP HQ Robbery Personal comment Sorry, I didn't know much of the rp rules- But I saw the group hq raid topic, what I understood by Devitt's post is that 'Raiding is when we being a group robbing a rival's storage with roleplay plannings and it can be done despite the lackings of a person in the victim's group leadership cause a senior admin would load the items for them' In my case, I'm extremely sorry if I didn't get the exact rules but still 'Me, Frisk Alaric was a r99 in yakuza from the beginning, he misbehaved with my crew members, so I being a leader loaded some sniper/m4 cases from their hq and left the group with my buddies thats all'. We also sort of did a little roleplay, like informing ECR leader through sms of us stealing the stuffs then baiting them to Roleplay scenario at a different place in the same time where we wiped them all with a good rp interaction. At least there was no report of the interaction being dm'ed and even yakuza would admit it was really good planned, like with a single 'cough' of charlie we switched sides and 10 ECR members rushed in. Thus My opinion, I am sorry even if my 'simple stealing of some sniper cases being a leader with perm' was ever directed to 'Hey! I raided an entire hq all alone', which I admit would be a rulebreak since a senior admin's observation or group council's approval would have been a must in that case. Also, I saw VCS getting scammed the same way twice, one guy comes, stays 2 months, gets hq access, steals 20-30 sniper cases then dips. Hell ! even dizzy there during the war said, he would have let Roberto have the cases stolen from BV if it wasn't jonito playing on his account. I am extremely sorry again, I would gladly admit my faults if I am shown what would have been right here. Also, I learned from my mistakes.

GOVERNOR ELECTIONS A car rally of Governor Candidate Sudais and Vice Governor Candidate Miguel took place with a heavy presence of law enforcement, including SWAT and police, to ensure the safety of the candidates and those in attendance. The rally started from Los Santos City Hall and traveled to Las Venturas where the candidates took a round with their supporters. After taking a round of Las Venturas, the rally came back to Los Santos City Hall where Governor Sudais and Vice Governor Miguel gave a thanks to their supporters. Governor Candidate Sudais and Vice Governor Candidate Miguel had a large number of supporters at the rally, showing strong public support for their campaigns. The rally served as a platform for the candidates to share their political platforms and gain voter support. The rally was particularly notable for the large number of cars present, which were more than the number of people present in the campaigns of other candidates. It was more of a power show by Governor Candidate Sudais to showcase his fan following in the state. Overall, the event was a show of political energy and engagement from both Governor Candidate Sudais Gonzalez and Vice Governor Candidate Miguel Escobar and their supporters.
