  2. Rosso's Judgement: NOT GUILTY In a surprising turn of events, Vice Governor Tanzidur Hernandez has been found not guilty of tax evasion in a verdict issued by Judge Sam Rosso of the First Judicial Court. The case against Hernandez arose after he was caught breaking through a toll booth without paying the required fee. Hernandez argued that he lost control of his bike and passed through the booth to avoid a collision and potential injury to himself and others. Federal prosecutor Athena Carter argued that Hernandez's defense was insufficient. However, the judge ruled that Hernandez's actions were justified in light of the potential risks to his and others' safety and ordered him to pay the unpaid toll fee. The judge further added that the bike could have been examined properly by the prosecutor to confirm if the defendant was telling the truth. Overall, the verdict in this case highlights the importance of proper investigation and presentation of evidence in court proceedings. It also serves as a reminder that individuals are not automatically guilty of a crime simply because they are charged with it, and that the legal system is designed to protect the rights of the accused. This unexpected outcome has sparked outrage among some members of the community, who argue that Hernandez should be held accountable for his actions and pay the full toll fee as required by law. Others, however, are praising the judge's decision as a fair and balanced ruling that takes into account the unique circumstances of the case. These actions were followed by an appeal by the Federal Prosecutor Winter Manyak against Sam Rosso's ruling. It is yet to be seen what the outcome of the appeal is. 4. The Flying Governor Vice Governor Tanzidur Hernandez was caught on dash cam evading tolls on 29th of November. The incident occurred when the governor jumped over the toll booth in order to avoid paying the toll. The officers on duty witnessed the governor's actions and tried to stop him, but he continued to accelerate without stopping. The officers were able to capture the incident on their dash cam, and the footage was later used as evidence in court. Prosecutor Athena Carter subsequently filed a lawsuit against Governor Hernandez, alleging that his actions were intentional and not the result of a panicked loss of control. However, Governor Hernandez claims that he panicked and lost control of his bike, which led to him jumping over the toll booth by mistake. Despite this claim, the dash cam footage clearly shows the governor accelerating towards the toll booth and jumping over it without any signs of losing control. The case is ongoing, and it remains to be seen whether Governor Hernandez will be found guilty of evading tolls.

  5. Background: Full name: Jonathan S. Nguyen (Jonathan Sanderson Nguyen) Date of Birth: June 28th, 1981 Nationality: Vietnam & United States (immigrant) Registration date to Los Santos: March 3rd, 2021 Language: Vietnamese, French & Engish. (Sanderson when he was 15, from the right side of the picture, 1996) He was initially born in Vietnam, but the corrupt government made his family flee from Vietnam by boat. It was also called "Vietnamese Boat People" ("Thuyền nhân"), a reference to every immigrant from Vietnam who escaped the Communists regime. A lot of them had been killed because of the storm and pirates for the way of freedom to the United States. It was a bad day... With heavy rain and storm in the South China Sea. The boat, however, took it down with many families, but Sanderson's family is luckier than others. At the end of the day, they found themselves in the Philippines. A new beginning to the way of freedom. It was January of 1985, and he was 4 by the time. The United States finally approved the immigration from his family in September of 1985, and they finally had freedom now in the United States. But... Their journey just has begun. They settled in Atlanta, Georgia. His father worked from day to night as a construction worker, 24/7, to gain money for his small family and from empty hands. His mom even learned English to help herself know better about the city living in America, too. Because they are Americans now. Not Vietnamese anymore. Sanderson also suffered from communication disorder from a young age because he was forced to learn French than Vietnamese, making himself couldn't enunciate or write English correctly. Time passed by, and in 1996, he joined up with a gang called "The Danang Boys" which was also a group of members from Vietnam, finding new hope in the U.S., but they lost all hope to believe the freedom and democracy could help them so they become gang members. They are farmers, homeless, and some from the poor class in society of Vietnam. Sanderson has never been arrested for this because he always stays away from trouble and has good knowledge about medical stuff since his mother can afford a job at Pharmacy. So everyone respected him as a "Good Doctor" although he didn't like the nickname. Enlisted to the U.S. Army... (3rd Ranger Battalion during Operation/Object Rhino, Afghanistan, 2001) September 11th, 2001. After long years of hard-working, his mum from a cashier at the pharmacy now became the owner of its own pharmacy. She has a degree in Doctoral as well. Same as his father became the owner of a construction company. But lately, Sanderson found out his father was in the South Tower in New York, trapped when he said he had an important meeting with the client, but they were all trapped because of the fire burning up the tower. Watching television from Georgia, he's crying and praying his father will be okay, but it's never been. They never found his father's body to bury him properly, as many victims had been killed during the terrorist attack. Sanderson and his gangster intuition enlisted in the U.S. Army after the 9/11 attack. He was the best of the best, always finished up from the top order to his own Drill Sergeant order. He originally was in the 1st Infantry Division, and he has the recommendation to join the 75th Ranger Regiment, the elite unit at the time that would be deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. He passed all the RASP (Ranger Assessment & Selection Program) from 1 to 2, as he always learned from his mistakes to improve himself better than any soldier in his platoon. With his kindness, he always helped other teammates, an expert in marksmanship, medicine, and navigation, which promoted him to Corporal when he was only 20. He was assigned to the 2nd Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment, Charlie Company, and held the rank of Corporal. (Sanderson during the Operation Iraqi Freedom, 2005) Soon, the war turned him additionally devastated by killing insurgents, which changed him. Not a friendly and kind person as always anymore. He was just like a hunter, and his prey was only insurgents. Almost 6 years have passed, and he's finally given up and finishing his last tour in Iraq. From the notebook, he wrote: "I'd like to kill and root them one by one, and they are like rats, nothing more. Why do I have to feel sorry for them? Did they apologize to my father? For my feeling? Fuck no... They have to root out... One by one..." - July 2009 (Sanderson during the last day of his tour, in 2009) On the last day of his tour, 3 of his best friends in Charlie Company were killed by IED, and his vehicle was behind them during the patrol of the outskirts of Baghdad. He has also been injured during the shootout and retired as Staff Sergeant. -----To be continued-----

  7. Accidents Happen Christina purchased her new home at Las Venturas within the villas sector, she also obtained a garage for her vehicles. Later in the day she will head over to her old house at Palomino Creek to bring her Sultan to park it at her home and obtain some grocery, that is when she would go through something on the way out of Palomino Creek's western bridge that made her go sideways, crashing right into the pole at the other end of the bridge. Christy would feel dizzy and step out, sitting right beside the driver seat, withdrawing her cellphone to call 9-1-1 afterwards, where both Sheriff's Department and San Andreas Fire Department's Emergency Medical Service respond as fast as they could to reach her. Good news that Tina made it out alive, with only few scratches and hits on her knees. Seatbelt luckily saved her from bumping into her end. Tina is now out of hospital and okay.
