Today there were alot of things going on game and l believe the main reason that got me to this situation is reporting one of the 'managers' who clearly broke the rules no matter what. So l've been suspected for cheating long time ago , been teamviewed alot of times and Fujikawa is one of the admins who teamviewed me and just found nothing. Today we just went on it again , he called me for tv saying alot of people reported me. l was not worried at all as l had nothing to worry about so l opened the tv and lost access to my pc even tho l didn't crash ig at first step. He was on my pc and saw how he couldn't access to anything so l just asked him to sign out as it shows in the picture below. Then l came back in no time not even 1min and he went on checking for more than an hour so the point that l quitted mid tv is totally out of sense here. Hence after a long check and 'discussion' he closed the tv and l found myself banned. l really just don't get the point of being teamviewed again and again and he found out that l didn't edit a single file from the gta l downloaded which alot of people got it. Anyways l got the evidence that l didn't edit anything.. people just need to know the fact that there are people that been playing alot of fps games their whole life and can just 'aim'. This is my first appeal since l joined the server and my punishment history is kinda clean l believe so l just let it up to you. Greetings!

Unban is not definitive. Consequences to be determined by Management. REVIEW DATE Review dates are to be set from the ban time, rather than when the appeal was made. If an appeal is made outside of the review period, and it's deemed that you will be unbanned, then that will count as time served. Extra time may be added for as long as the banned player does not understand his wrongdoings and/or accept his mistakes. HACK USAGE For as long as the Administration team have enough evidence to support the accusation of illegal modification usage, ban appeals that do not have confirmation of the modifications being removed will be denied without an appeal date. Subsequent appeals will be denied until such confirmation is received, at which point the appeal will be subject to the consequence table. SIGNIFICANT BAN/PUNISHMENT HISTORY Those with a significant ban history fall under the 4+ category. This will be reviewed with consultation of Management. An unban is not guaranteed here, as it has to be determined whether or not you will be suitable to continue playing on the server. If it's determined that you may be given an opportunity, the review date may be set further into the future than the consequence table dictates. PERMENANTLY DENIED APPEALS If your appeal has been permanently denied by Management, it has been determined that you're no longer suitable to continue playing on the server. The Administrator posting on your appeal will include the name of the Manager that was consulted. Subsequent appeals will be denied.
