You gathered up 19 punishments in three months, so it appears to me that you haven't learnt anything from your past mistakes as a result you will remain banned for now; create a new ban appeal in a month and I might consider it, but for now it's a straight no - 18th September, 2020 is the date you can create re-appeal.
